Taqa course is impossible to complete if you work in care, find it impossible to speak to any tutors and who ever answers the phones are rude hate having to leave reviews to get reasonable answers to simple questions

Good course
Good course, that is well-paced and informative. You can go at your own pace and then download the e-certificate. The voice over was very robotic and made the course feel very dated and sometimes difficult to understand.

I wanted a pdf copy of my certificate for one of the courses I did. I wasn't blamed for making a mistake on my email address, very few words needed to be writtent to communicate, haven't got the certificate yet, but I will get it soon, because I've asked for one before and it got sent to me very quickly.
