Was re-directed to this site by a friend. Decent sets for a decent price. Item was despatched same day. Quality service.

My daughter directed me to this site and she wanted specific sets. The price was good - I got another £10 off at checkout too. Clothes are really good. What I thought was amazing and I’ve not seen before being able to choose a different size for each item in the set (shorts and T-shirt) I have never seen that before in a set.

Despatch and delivery were super speedy aswell

Ordered from the Tech Club recently for some short sets for my son. Was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but thought I would give them a go. I shouldn’t have been worried, the turn around on my order was a few days. Great selection of items for a 13 year old boy and great quality. I found them very helpful when I’ve had to email for stock queries too. I would definitely order from them again, in fact my son as already selected some more things he likes for next payday!

This company definitely deserves better ratings than it’s got! Prices are really good and they have some great offers on. Ordered an item on Saturday with next day delivery (obviously expecting it to be dispatched on the Monday to be received by Tuesday). I sent an email on the Monday afternoon as I was a bit worried that I hadn’t received a dispatch email but they reassured me that it had been dispatched and was being collected later that evening by the courier and that’s when I would get my tracking link. Great customer service and a speedy response too! Also very happy with the purchase 🤩

Bought an outfit for my daughter for Christmas. Paid for express delivery and it arrived on time even during the festive period. Once she tried it on we discovered she needed a different size. Customer services were brilliant, accepting the order and sensing the replacement out promptly. Will definitely shop here again.

The oufit i received was mismatched. You have to physically print off their return forms. I believe they purposely make it as hard as possible to return. The items take ages to be delivered

Shouldn't be in business !!
Goods received were not as advertised. I contacted him and asked for a call back he said they don't call.
Customer service is appalling. No apology for wrong goods received, his attitude was if your not happy return. Had to return at my expense and he couldn't help but have the last word in email communication ! In order to succeed in business you need to be open to apology if you have messed up instead of having a huge ego and nothing is your fault. Another example of check the reviews before you purchase. The ironic thing is a day later I received an email offering me 20% discount as they were trying to repair their terrible reviews on trustpilot. Think you need to start back at the beginning and obtain some basic customer service skills.

Placed an order on 04/12/24 as a Christmas present for my son. It has just arrived and today is the 05/02/25 - it’s taken two whole months! Absolutely shocking customer service. My advice is to purchase your sports goods elsewhere….
