I have had 2 really good experiences with this place, firstly I received a Xmas gift from my mum (as requested by me) Nike short set, was spot on! Quick delivery too!

Secondly I ordered myself some bits after Xmas, one of the items wasn’t quite what I wanted, it was easy to return, I sent it 3 days ago and received my refund today! I’m really happy with my stuff and the service I have received! Il definitely order from here again! Good communication, decent clothes, quick delivery/returns!

I don’t normally write reviews but this company have driven me to it! I ordered a tracksuit for my nephew for Christmas. When I opened it to wrap it two days before Christmas, it was the wrong tracksuit and the labels were all ripped and it didn’t look right. I emailed straight away explaining the situation. The company got back to me after Christmas explaining they were at fault and if I sent it back, they would refund or give a credit note and would also refund up to £5.50 postage. I asked for credit and sent the item back second class as that is all I could get for £5.50. Due to post taking a week, the item got back over 14 days after the email so the company said I could only have a credit note?!? It’s a joke! I’ve already had to go out and spend more on a tracksuit last minute because of their mistake! Now I am stuck with a credit note despite being promised a refund. The company say it’s a refund by credit note…not a thing. They are now ignoring my emails so I will be contacting trading standards because I think the company is a scam.

absolutely fantastic service…. i ordered the wrong delivery on the item and i contacted the company to explain my mistake , they sorted it out very quickly without a fuss…. Highly Recommended company . will use again. thankyou

I had a great experience at The Tech Club found the prices very reasonable and quick delivery, the products are perfect quality will always be using them in the future hope they add Montirex soon, Liverpool lads fashion seems to spread everywhere!

Great experience when ordering from the Tech Club, items arrived very quickly after ordering and staff helpline were very response when I raised some questions about exchanging for a different size. Will be returning in the future.

I have ordered from the tech club a number of times for my son and every time I do my delivery is ordered promptly and well packaged. Website easy to navigate and good that you sell boys items in sets rather than individually! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I am still waiting for them to return my email - over two weeks now! They have £119 of my money and no contact to let me know what is happening!

Disgusting service........that money is badly needed elsewhere.

Awful company !! Bought a tracksuit as a Christmas present early December partner tried it on only for it be very small even though I ordered the correct size, tech club refused a refund and said I could only have store credit as it was past the 14 day return though this should have been a longer grace period with it being Christmas,used the store credit and paid extra for next day delivery to not receive anything at all,tech club are now ignoring my emails shocking company and even worse customer service

Tech club have not tried to get in touch for any kind of information it has been a month and I have emailed non stop for the past for weeks to ask for a refund to be ignored I have been scammed by tech club for a 200 tracksuit I would advise anyone not to order from this company a month later still no tracksuit or refund robbing scamming company

Ordered a tracksuit as a Christmas gift on 20 December. Paid extra for next day delivery. The tracksuit still hasn’t arrived, and now The Tech Club are ignoring my emails after initially saying it would be dealt with on 2 January. Abysmal service, now initiating a charge back through my bank.

AWFUL AWFUL. AVOID especially if planning a Christmas purchase.

I am normally very hot in checking trustpilot before trying somewhere new. That was my first mistake.

JMs review is EXACTLY the same experience I have had. My MiL bought a Nike tracksuit for my son (her grandson), also 12-13yrs and like them, the trousers were way smaller than the top. She now has a credit note for £75 due to this ridiculous 14 day returns policy over Christmas. 

Having read JMs review I see Tech Club have a dodgy batch of poorly manufactured wrongly sized Nike tracksuits that couldn't be sold in reputable retailers. Hence Tech club scooped them up to make a tidy profit.

It's a devious scam to keep peoples money. Why else would they not extend their returns period over Christmas??

Shame on you Tech club. Despicable behaviour.
They clearly rely on customers not checking the teeny small print. 

NEVER AGAIN. I'd rather shop in Sports Direct (and that's saying something!!)

Update: 30Jan2025. I have messaged them multiple times requesting they provide specific trouser measurements before making another purchase using the credit note to know the goods will fit. Most legit companies would supply this. But not these donkies. Now they are ignoring my emails. They know they're sets have faulty sizing and they are avoiding responding. Still consistently awful. Shocking company, I am a mug for ever using them! 😣 Bloody stuck with a credit note I don't want to spend...I risk buying another item which is wrongly sized & then pay for return. Worse...my son is still without his Xmas gift. BEYOND LIVID....

PLEASE avoid purchasing anything from this company they are so so bad in every aspect, they don’t stick to delivery timelines, the customer service must be in all honesty one of the worst from any company I have ever dealt with.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered my grandson a Nike tracksuit for Christmas, unfortunately on Christmas morning he tried it on and the bottoms (age 12/13) were too short so I returned them and ordered a replacement that was £10 more expensive 🤷‍♀️ and cost £5 postage. When the new set arrived it was age 12/13 but the bottoms were a perfect fit this time so one happy grandson. I have since discovered that I am not getting a refund as my return of the first set exceeded their 14 day policy (I ordered so that it would arrive in plenty of time) but as a gesture of good will I have a £75 store credit.... I am surprised that companies think that this is the way to build a loyal customer base. AVOID

Put a order in before Christmas ordered 3 sets of shorts and t-shirts only recieved 2 t-shirts, when emailed they come back with an apology and said they will get the rest of my order sent out and even an extra set for the inconvenience but will no longer recieve it in time for Christmas. Sent another email after Christmas to say I had still not recieved, come back with sorry all staff are off until 2 January we will get it dispatched as soon as we are back. Still nothing and now they are not even responding to my emails and I'm out of pocket. So disappointing these where ment to be Christmas presents. I will be seeking advice with my bank, I want my money back I'm £160 out of pocket

If I need activewear then The Tech Club is my go too! Customer service is on point and the prices a great.
