Fast dispatch and received next day as promised, ordered 2 dry fit shirt and shorts set no issues, happy customer.

Amazing quality and good service definitely be using again

Awful service - wish i had read the negative reviews before ordering. Ordered 5 days ago (order #44466) and paid extra for tracked next day delivery due to my son needing the items for a football trip. The clothes have not been received and my emails and messages via the contact us page have been unanswered despite the auto reply being “ customer service opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, If you have contacted us outside of these hours, one of the team will be in contact on the next working day.” When i use the auto chat it says “awaiting fulfilment” yet there is no indication or warning prior to ordering that there will be any delay - shouldn’t offer and charge for next day delivery if you can not complete orders in this timeframe. I will now need to make the 45 mile round journey to go and purchase something else leaving me out of pocket and time.

Great quality and speedy delivery. Ordered 2 sets for my son, they arrived on time and are really nice. When I had a question I emailed the team and they got straight back to me. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality sports wear and will definitely be ordering again! Loved not having to trawl through a site to find matching top and bottoms!

I still have not had my refund. My order has was sent and returned by tracked delivery. It was returned on the 29-07. I have emailed a further two more times and had no reply at all!

Can someone please help and give me my money back

Ordered yet another set from this website. Pink and black nike shorts and tshirt set, came next day, gave voucher, usual. Exited to order alot more!

Ordered 3 junior Nike sets on the 21st July with 2-3 days delivery stated. The money was taken immediately from my bank account. I've still not had the goods and I'm now being completely ghosted. No replies to numerous emails and all I get from chat is that my order is 'awaiting fulfilment'. Disgusting customer service! So disappointed for my little boy who was really excited to wear the sets on his holidays! Shame on you for not even having the decency to respond to emails and just be honest!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - I had purchased a set some time back and waited a month for it! After emailing for weeks I finally got a reply to be told the items were on pre release, nothing was stated about it being on pre release! I stupidly bought another set recently, recieved my items for them to be complete opposite colour to each other - again I have tried to email and heard nothing back -I thought I’d give them another chance as mistakes do happen. Never again! Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy anything from these guys

I sent items back on 7th July to be exchanged. Tech Club received items on 9th July. I contacted them on 16th July for tracking information on my exchanges as not heard anything, they responded asking when I returned the items and they would follow up.
I sent them the proof of them receiving the returns and now no response. I have emailed them again today.
Update - I’ve now had a call to say the exchanged items will be posted out today.

Placed an order on 3rd July on 2-3 day delivery but it has still not arrived after 9 days.I have sent emails several times but had no real response just automated reply
Extremely disappointed as they have had their money and I expected a call or response by now

I've ordered absolutely loads from this site over the past few months & order has arrived the same week. If there's been an issue I've sent an email and customer services have replied pretty much straight away & been brilliant!

Updated 03.07.24 - tech club have now been in contact after I left my first review, and my delivery came today. Happy customer

Previous review - I ordered on 19.06.24, delivery said 2-3 working days. I still don’t have it (currently 9 working days). I’ve emailed twice to find out what’s happening with my order and still haven’t had a message back

Really disappointing

Second to non customer service and very quick with answering to queries.
Very good products and prices.
I will recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 4 sets for my son they got lost in transit, the company sorted it straight away and sent me another 4 which I received the next day. They were too small so I spoke to one of the team who were very helpful. I returned all the items and received the exchange within a few days. Great service thank you.

Excellent customer service, pleasant, helpful and respond to emails within an hour. Super fast delivery, well packaged perfect items!

Made a purchase and Royal Mail tracking wasn’t accurate and not delivered in time stated. Emailed the Tech Club who followed it up and sorted it out for me. Very helpful staff member.

#40008 paid for next day tracked delivery over a week later and still no dispatch email. Have emailed twice with no reply. Avoid this lousy company.

Ordered two Thursdays ago, still nothing no confirmation email no nothing to track! My son is due to go away on Saturday and just had to order all new clothes hoping they’ll be here for Saturday. Disgraceful. Would tell anyone never to order from this company
