Shocking way for a company to behave. Sent me so many texts reminding me of the appointment today. They should of sent them to the staff instead as after waiting 5 hours no one rang. No one turned up. I habe cptsd and have big issues with ppl especially men coming to my home so had prepared myself for today. Sat shaking waiting for 5 hours and nothing. Took alot to mentally prepare for men coming to my home and to have them nit even notify me is beyond bad. Worse company ever avoid!

Treated like a company client when I only had one sample.
Can't believe that the people I met could attract the few bad reviews on here.

I needed a test to determine if two walls in my property contained asbestos. Josh at TTL was extremely helpful with the sampling and turned the laboratory tests around within two days of them being taken. A great service and a really friendly and knowledgeable guy in Josh.

Never reply to emails. Cancelled on the day. Did not turn up on time to the replacement appointment. Have to pay in full before they will talk about dates for an appointment. Everything about it was like pulling teeth.

Ebony and Dave have given us fantastic service from the outset with providing a swift tender return all the way through to working with us to ensure the reports were structured to suit our needs. The surveyor on site has always been knowledgeable and friendly. We will be using The Testing lab again.
