100% SCAM. Then you faild the is no chance to rebook your second test because I am not done something that is in their rools including. Do not happy with this site. But realy we have to report as many we can ,they have our licence numbers,cart details an evening. So sad..

This company is a criminal enterprise that pays for Google-ads to appear at the top of searches for 'theory test'. It is a scam website and an SMS service to 'confirm' your booking. The training materials (which are mandatory when booking) do not exist and the essentially empty site has a 'downloads' section with no files, and a 'Help' section with a 'You are not allowed to raise a ticket' message in red. There is no email, no tel-number, only a postal address. I cannot be sure my test is actually booked as the DVLA site is currently down so I can't comment on the actual booking but I wouldn't be surprised if this was completely false and the date I was given totally arbitrary. I have requested a debit dispute from my bank and would advise anyone else to do the same. STAY AWAY (and report)

Absolute scam! When I booked a theory test with them it took over a month for them to confirm a date and time. While I was waiting I couldn't find any contact details to check with them what was going on. Then when turning up at the test centre, for the booked test, the centre was actually closed and there was no way of getting in touch with them.
Would love to get a full refund if anyone knows how?

These are a fraudulent company do not book with them

Complete scam, booked a motorcycle theory test via these fraudsters, the location does not match the correct location.
Impossible to get hold of.
Luckily paid by Credit Card so the CC company is investigating, probably not even in the UK.
I will get a refund.
I do have a name of 1 of their so called customer reps which is Donna Lund.
I have read the so called good to excellent reviews and even those look and sound fraudulent

If you have been scammed by this website as my mother has then please do the following:

Contact your bank - report a scam transaction and request a chargeback to get your money back
Contact DVSA - the scammers now have your drivers licence number and personal details
Report to ActionFraud, Trading Standards, Google Ads, Shopify (see website privacy policy) and Companies House (GEXT Limited…see website terms and conditions)… the more reports the quicker action will be taken against sites like these.

People work hard for their money and then work hard to pass these tests too. I am sure the director of Gext Limited is living happily using the money of hard working people, please report because it is so unfair and this should not be allowed to happen. If you are a victim let’s work together and get this site taken down. I’ve already had one website taken down for scamming and I will not stop until I have the same result..no it has not affected me but I hate seeing people being ripped off! It cannot go on, looking at reviews this has been going on far too long already. And to the scammers..tick tock your time is running out…

SCAM!! Wish I'd checked first than waste £45 and cancelled my bank card! Go through gov site, can't get a test yet. Evil people!!! No way to contact them, booking doesn't exist on gov site.

I paid them £45 (£22 more than going through dvsa) because i thought i was on dvsa, booked a theory test but they didnt.
I rang up the test center on the day my test was booked for and they said i didnt have a test booked.

Dont use them its a complete scam and they have no contact email so now im £45 out of pocket and need to rebook

Scam! Swindlers! Fraudsters! (My own experience) 20th of last month I paid £45 for a driving test booking, it took them two weeks to give me a date and even respond to my emails. When they finally did, I was dissatisfied with the date they offered, hence I cancelled the booking. I phoned the customer care and she told me that they will refund, I have to be patient since they are busy (scamming others). A month later I asked for my refund and I just realised that I am blocked, I can't contact them. I think my review will caution others to be very careful.

Booked a test on line for my daughter and was sent an email saying details incorrect re checked (no there not) took my money and no confirmation time and date. Tried contacting with no joy wish I saw the reviews before I used this site 😡😡😡😡

Complete nightmare booked my son's theory test through them got a completely different day and time what had requested not even same month ! Cancelled the test with the DVSA got no refund still waiting !!!! When i emailed them they told me they had not had confirmation from the DVSA which is a complete lie as i have been sent an email from the DVSA confirming the cancellation. How can the DVSA allow scammers like these to even operate!!! The DVSA are part of the Goverment surely they can shut them down.

This is a scam website, totally abusing our poor young drivers who have been penalised enough in the last year. Only booked on this website as I had booked a practical test before this way (not through them). Taught me a lesson, have given information to my bank. Hope site gets shut down.

Absolutely ripped off do not use this website. I booked my theory and got to the centre no confirmed booking. Stole 45£ off me. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

If you did pay and book. Get straight onto your banks fraud team and change your card details.

I would give ZERO stars.....very simply DO NOT USE and tell every teenager who is in danger of being ripped off by this site not to use either. Google should remove form their page NOW......shambles.

BEWARE This is a SCAM! I booked a theory test on the 1st of August thinking it is the govt website. I was charged £45 and got a text & email saying details was wrong and I should resend, I did. No booking confirmation till date (14th August today) I tried emailing, no response. Decided to ring , found out they have no contact number, fake address as well. It Dawned on me that I have been scamed. Dont fall victim, they are thieves scamming people of their hard earned money.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! TOOK £45 OFF ME & THEN EMAILED SAYING ERROR WITH DETAILS! I RESENT THE DETAILS & THEY THEN TOOK THE MONEY BUT CLOSED THE TICKET SALE DOWN SO NOW I CANNOT MSG/ EMAIL OR RE BOOK!!!!

DO NOT USE: Daughter booked test via this company. Started getting emails near booked test date saying "info missing" asking for her to send some details from her license. Info sent and no response. Called official test center line to check booking, turns out no booking has been made at all! Have asked for refund (no response) - now raised case with bank.

I have messaged them several times to cancel the test and get a refund. I don't even care about paying for the training materials, but I have since booked directly through gov.uk and passed the Theory test, so the one they booked for me is redundant. I am getting zero response on email and am "unable to submit a ticket" for help on their site. Awful level of service and no contact from them.
