I went on to this site because my son had failed his theory test. we wanted to rebook one as soon as possible and came across this site. I thought great...... only to learn about trust pilot and find out. this company had scammed so many people it was ridiculous. fortunately for me, I have not wasted any money and not had any experiences all these other people on this site have experienced. I came real close to being just like them and I am thankful for this site that I will be using from this day forward.

Don’t waste your hard earned money nor time here! They take the cash, email some learning materials and kick the actual theory test booking into the long dust. Utterly shameful and a scam.

Major fraud company . Do not use this service. They charge you £45 and give you a date but then book a theory test date 2 months away. Theres no customer service number nor is there an email....please save yourself and your money.

Not actually a scam. My son booked through them. I queried the testing location as it didn’t match the local DVSA office. I went onto the official DVSA site, entered my sons details and found he did indeed have a test booked at the official office at the time stated. He attended no problem. They overcharge for their service but that’s it.

How can this site still be aloud, they have sent me a message today to say my test is in arwick when I asked for Salford quays and it’s not until 10th of October, it’s clearly a scam and I’m raising a dispute with my bank, I suggest you all do to!!!

Has anyone managed to get their money back yet? Booked mine in December and they have cancelled so many times and are uncontactable. Scammers

I tried to book a car test thinking this was the government site. Got charged £45.00. A test set for September 6th at 3pm for a motorcycle. I will be 70years old this year & do not have a motorbike. This site is a SCAM. No contact number, no email address, no option to cancel and NO REFUND EITHER AVOID!!! Avoid this site at all costs. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My daughter booked her test via this site only to find out on the morning of the test that it was a scam. She better get her money back or ill be in Manchester looking for this ratbag!

booked my theory test through this company only to find out later that it was a scam. charged me £45 which is almost double what an actual theory test through the DVSA costs. when i rebooked my theory test through the DVSA, they were able to cancel my test on my behalf as they had all of my bank and personal details. please be very wary as this is very dangerous. i’m having to get all new bank details because of this

Complete scam site should be taken down immediately. My teenage daughter booked with them as they appear first when googled. Took payment then stated that our address does not exist. This is total bull and left my daughter thinking that she had done something wrong.
This site pray on young people and steal their cash. Avoid at all costs. Basically Criminals.

There a rip off don’ t bother you won’t get a second go let alone unlimited ,I failed by only 3 points. Call your bank and ask for your money back.!!!!!!ASAP!!!!!!! as my bank sorted it for me the same day. £45 back.
Please do this they need to know they can’t get away with this scam. The more people. Claim back the less money they receive.

This is a 100% scam you pay to create a ticket it says your details are wrong and get you to create a nother ticket witch will charge you again also if you press help it says you are not allowed

scammers! got to the test centre only to find out they didn't actually book the test with the headphones so wasnt able to do the test.

no email or phone number to contact for a refund and unable to contact on there forms online, total scam. they are getting £45 from a lot of people and we cannot do anything!!!
