Wish I’d researched this company before trying to book my sons theory test. The worst thing was that I used his bank card to pay for it. I then had to go onto the official site to book a test for him. How can these people get away with this? I booked it over a week ago and still nothing from them and no way of contacting them. Is there any way of getting my sons money back for him???

Do not use this site, I made a mistake like many here, still processing my order since 03/07/2021, no number no email contact!

DISGRACE

ABSOLUTE SCAM they cancelled my test and I am unable to contact them. When I sign into my account i am unable to 'submit a ticket'. There is no phone number and now I have lost £45 :(

Please avoid this company. In short, they charge £45 to book a theory test which actually costs £23 when you book with the DVLA, with the promise of ‘FREE UNLIMITED Retests*’

I naively booked a driving test for my daughter through the site only to later realise that I was paying nearly double the cost. The test time and date I requested wasn’t available so the company booked me another test, which I then had to change myself.

Unfortunately, my daughter failed her test and, when I attempted to request a retest, this was not possible as she had failed the Hazard Perception part of the test which they claimed invalidated any retest.

I tried to contact the company but the website said ‘you are not allowed to submit a ticket.' There is no telephone number or email address only a postal address of

DONT BUY OF THIS SITE THEY ARE A SCAM I booked my theory test with them September last year and they have moved the date every month ever since I was supposed to take it the 21st of may but they cancelled it and I cannot get in touch with them for a refund this site needs closing down

Absolute scammer , I did the unlimited retakes and I did my test couple weeks ago and failed and now they won’t let me book another one and no response to emails. Disgusting

We are in serious dire straights here. I have tried to pay direct and rebook the test but this scam company cancelled that appointment. The DVSA who are very hard to get hold of said that as they have our details they can do that and we cannot do anything about it. My son may never get his theory test at this rate and we are totally stuck as what they are doing is ‘legal’ according to the dvsa. Hmm identity theft is my next option.

I am a disabled person and couldn't book trough Dvsa but funny enough I got an offer from this site .I double checked with them :they stated that the fee would be unlimited tests and missing tests .
After paying the fees all their attitude changed and they started talking to me in disrespectful way .
They don't try helping you and the lie to you and they discriminate against you if you are disabled.
On top of being arrogant they are thieves.

This is a total scam - I booked a theory test through them and several times it was inexplicably cancelled - while i was charged double the cost of booking through the DVSA and never refunded.

I booked the unlimited restart for a present to my hubby for Xmas due to the covid had to cancel but finally got a test booked he went and failed now I'm trying to rebook and im trying to send them messages but no reply how do you contact them

Shame on this series they don't help disabled people you give stress after stress ring this number that number disgraceful service.shameless service worst service ever.

Can confirm this is a scam. Book through the DVSA direct. You commonly hear if it sounds too good to be true then it is. That’s the case with this. Do not make the same mistake we did. The terms and conditions will make sure the majority of people that fail will not be eligible for a retake. You’re paying double the price of a normal test for no benefit. Don’t do it.

To my order which I did not order and did not receive. Trying to get a refund but it’s looking unlikely, will have to go through the bank instead. Confirmed the booking date and time which was then changed to a later slot

Dont get cheated with such scam site, this site will loot your money and don't waste your money . please use the genuine Gov UK link for UK DVLA test from to get your test booked.

Had to cancel 2 days before due to positive covid test. Sent 2 emails no reply. Signed in to website and as I was 'ill' no free retest - even though DVLA informed me they would be getting a £22 pound refund. Rip off!

This site is a scam do not use. Going to contact the police to get it shut down!
