This company do not provide any service, they charge you extra money for theory test materials that you can get for free on the internet.
I foolishly went to this website, I picked a time of 3pm on the 29/05/2021 for my test, I was later emailed that my test was on the 19/08/2021 by this company. Oh, and when I requested a refund they charged me 20 pound...AVOID AVOID AVOID

If you fail you can only get the free retest they offer, IF you score over 44 in the hazard perception. Obviously they know that if you score over 44 in the hazard perception then it is likely that you won't have failed the test - so basically this is a SCAM. Don't be scammed, book through the government website. Of course, because there are no slots available on the government sites, people are forced into using blackmailers like this

I didn’t mean to order on here meant to order from dvla but afterwards just emailed them requesting a refund and next morning got the email through that I got it great customer service and great help.👍

I have had very good amount of support and help from this group of people they are very helpful and a very large community who help others in getting there test booked and passed.

I was stupid enough to fall for this and have gotten a refund request accepted, I'm now here to help those of you who have been caught out by these horrible people.
After I had realised what I'd just bought I immediately rang my bank to put a block on this company potentially removing any more money from my account.
I then scrolled to the very bottom of the website and there it says "footer". Click that and scroll to terms and conditions. From there locate the email address associated with this company.

I was given advice to ask them if they were part of the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) scheme, this is a legal question they have to answer.
I've heard multiple scenarios to this "scam" one of which include them texting you saying your card details are wrong, I however didn't get this.
In my case I had been allocated a new date and time because the one I selected was not available. This is where i caught them out. If you look at the T&C 3.3 it says something along the lines of "we will offer you a new date if your preferred one isn't available" I was never OFFERED a new date, instead I was given a new date, my money was taken without my consent and I hadn't agreed to the new date given to me. This is a breach of there terms and conditions and this is your argument!!! Terms and conditions are NOT allowed to be broken as they wouldn't be meeting the obligations and duties under the terms of the contract.
They will try and wriggle they're way out of giving you a refund by replying to you with other T&Cs, they did this to me and I explained how 3.3 contradicts the T&Cs I was being told I had broken.
Do not give up on trying to get a refund, it's only £45 I know but it's the fact how these low life scum get away with scamming to make money.
If you were never offered a new date and time like me and you were just given it without saying yes or no, I highly suggest using T&C 3.3 as an argument.

Scam. Says it’s unlimited when it’s not. You have to score certain points which is hidden when you pay £45 for a tests instead of £23

My daughter booked through this company, the quickly took her money from the bank, but then kept saying they needed more details? no contact number, no one to speak to she had to get in touch with the bank to stop any other monies being taken from her account, AVOID THIS COMPANY" GO TO THE GOV SITE TO BOOK, SCAM COMPANY.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to book with this company an absolute joke. I got a booking for my theory test 350 miles from my home witch is ridiculous so just giving youse a thumbs before booking with them 👍

This is one of the biggest fraudsters around. They invite you to book the theory test but you only get a date issued days later. If the date doesn't suit you, you can change it but they don't update the booking so you don't know that it has been changed.
Then, if you turn up on the wrong date because of this, they won't refund your money.
There are no reminders either and their customer service people are downright rude!

First I did apply to get the exam on 15 March as my preference. I got on 30 March 2020 what never been happend because of cov19 and all tests center been close. After a 1 year later still I didn't get money back and email. Contact with they still impossible

Would give 0 starts if I could absolute SCAMMERS. Charged £45 to get a confirmation text and then received an email saying my details are wrong, tried to respond but said my email could not be delivered. Please avoid if you want to keep you money !!!!!!!!!!!!!

To those of you who are looking to get a refund from this awful and rotten company, go a Google search for the citizens advice bureau:
Letter to cancel a contract that's been breached.
Once you have changed the letter with the theorytest.co details and your own details, go to the theorytest.co website and instead of trying to submit a ticket, click on the terms and conditions which is right at the bottom of the website page. Read through the terms and conditions and it will give you the company's information as well as their email.
It also gives you more information about who the company belongs to, etc.
Send them the email letting them know they had breached their terms and conditions by not delivering a service and taking your money.
If you don't hear from them within 10 days, then write to them again and ask them whether they are part of an ADR scheme. This is something they are legally obliged to answer. After I asked them this question on my last email, they finally sent a full refund my way. It took me almost 2 months to get my money back, but I got it back! Good luck guys 👍😊

PAID £45 AND GOT A CONFIRMATION TEXT, THEN GOT A TEXT SAYING WRONG DETAILS AND WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM IT SAID I WASNT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT A TICKET. SCAM AVOID!!!

Booked a theory test without realising how much they actually cost (£23). Paid £45, got an email confirming, all good. Then got a text saying info wrong. Went on website, no phone number, help form
Doesn’t work and says you’re not allowed to submit, only contact details is a residential address in Manchester?! Phoned dvla, they never booked the test and the test they said they had booked the centres were all shut for lockdown so never would have happened anyway! Thankfully complained to credit card fraud team and got a refund.Stay clear.
