I would give 10 stars if I could!
Michaela has been so helpful over the last few months, she's a fountain of time lapse knowledge and has a really great understanding of the market.
Furthermore her attention to the issues i've been having with another manufacturer was amazing and she really went above and beyond when it came to sorting out what they would not.
Anyone thinking of getting a time lapse camera should look no further!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry that you didn't receive the item within the express delivery timeline. I've taken a look at your tracking and I can see that it was dispatched in line with our express delivery processes but the courier took additional days to get the parcel to you, there seems to be a big delay between the 16th and 20th March. We've logged an enquiry with our courier as to why this happened to stop this happening in the future.
I completely understand the frustration with this, therefore I have refunded your express delivery charge and will be happy to provide you with expedited support on your next order with us.

This was then reshipped back out to you, it is unfortunate that one of the items was missing from your order however this has been refunded in full. We have also gone above and beyond to provide a monetary gesture of goodwill and a discount off your next order with us for the inconvenience.

Great Customer Service & After Sales Support
Michaela, the business owner, is really focused on providing a great service/ products, at competitive prices and has excellent customer service skills! Additionally, the company's knowledge of the products and their suitability for a particular project is second to none! Michaela has been a fantastic support to my business, sharing useful tips for getting up and running! I have shopped at 'The Timelapse Store' twice in the time it has taken me to write this review! This is now my go-to "store" for everything "time-lapse" :)

Free, Impartial, and More to the Point, Sound Advice!
I telephoned Michaela regarding an upcoming project, asking for advice. Her knowledge on the products available was clearly evident, and she gave great advice as to which product would best suit. Michaela was friendly and courteous at all times. I would gladly purchase other products from The Timelapse Store, and have already recommended them to work colleagues.

5 or 4 stars? I'm not sure
I was thinking about whether to give 5 or 4 stars, but I've decided that I have to do what I think is right.
- Customer support is quick to respond and is courteous, great!
- Shipment arrived in Italy quickly, excellent!
- I have not been informed that I will have to pay €150 of customs duties.
I would have bought the same even if I had known, but still it was a nasty surprise.
I think you should inform your overseas customers about this because not everyone knows about it.
Everything else perfect.

I haven’t received the item despite it being ordered as an in stock item and on “express delivery”. I’ve contacted the seller and not had a reply.
No idea about the camera itself as I haven’t received it but as they’re not the manufacturer it’s their service as a retailer I’m reviewing

The item your ordered is in stock and was posted with express delivery, however due to courier issues this was returned to sender (to us). Within the reply we sent this afternoon, we advised we would refund your shipping fee and once you had confirmed your address we would reship for you with express delivery.
