Not happy with the experienced as I…
Not happy with the experienced as I ordered next day delivery at £6 and I even asked them did they have the camera in stock they told me yes, so I paid the £6 and the camera wasn’t even in the country, ordered it on a Friday got it on a Wednesday, even though the delivery time wasn’t too bad but they should’ve told me instead of lying, The camera itself is perfect nothing wrong with the product at all 👍

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I've had a look at the tracking details relating to this order and it looks like the delay you experienced was due to the courier, I can assure you that the camera was in stock in our warehouse when we spoke to you on live chat and I can see that the product was dispatched in line with your next day delivery request. As stated in our delivery specification, it's next working day delivery therefore we would have expected the parcel to arrive with you on the Monday but the delays meant it wasn't delivered until Wednesday.
Whilst courier delays are completely outside of our control (we get just as frustrated as you do I promise!), you paid for a service that you didn't receive. Unfortunately, we're not notified of delayed deliveries when it's down to the courier, therefore we had no knowledge of this issue prior to you leaving this review.
Here at The Timelapse Store, we pride ourselves on being fair and reasonable, therefore I have refunded your delivery charge for this order. I will also send you a code via email for complimentary next day delivery on your next order with us for the inconvenience caused. If you would like to discuss this further, I'd be more than happy to give you a call.

The Timelapse Store
Decided on day 2 of our construction project that we should film on a time lapse basis, found The Timelapse Store using Google. They gave sound advice and delivered an Afidus camera kit together with a wall mount and a large SD card the very next day. So far the results are just what I wanted. Excellent service from The Timelapse Store, would thoroughly recommend.
