I ordered this for my dad. I was really pleased with the quality especially for the price I paid.
Unfortunately it wasn't big enough for a 3XL, but I have passed it to my son who is very happy and it fits him well.

Easy ordering, product arrived as expected and was exactly what I wanted.

I ordered five 400-thread-count 100% cotton sateen single fitted sheets. Only one was of genuinely good quality. The other four were noticeably thinner — the difference was night and day. If all five had matched, I probably wouldn’t have spotted the problem.
Customer service confirmed the correct items had been sent and suggested the four poorer sheets were likely from a different batch or roll of fabric. After several emails and my mentioning consumer rights, they agreed to a return, though any refund would only be issued once the items were received and inspected.
Due to a bereavement I had to travel abroad at short notice and urgently needed the sheets for my Airbnb, so I decided to keep them. The company offered a 35% refund on those four items, which I accepted.

The matching 400TC 100% cotton sateen pillowcases and super king flat sheets that arrived with the order were all excellent — exactly the quality I expected — and I was very happy with them.

Giving the company the benefit of the doubt (and still needing five more single fitted sheets while I was away and my husband urgently needed them for a changeover), I ordered another set of the same 400TC cotton sateen single flat sheets. They were awful: thin and extremely difficult to iron. I ended up throwing them away. I considered going through the complaints process again but decided against it.
I later ordered identical 400-thread-count 100% cotton sateen single fitted sheets from a different company and the quality is excellent, as expected.

Summary
Pillowcases and super king flat sheets were of quality. The single fitted sheets were highly inconsistent — ranging from good to thin and poor — with quality control appearing unreliable across batches. Customer service eventually offered a partial refund after persistence, but the product inconsistency itself remains a significant issue.

Will not be using this company again.
