While service was great, quality of products recieved didnt meet expectation
Service was excellent and price was good but the quality of cotton sheets were not as expected.
They needed to be returned.
The advisor was really great and coordinating that for me and was very quick to do so. But sadly the items were not fit for purpose.

Product description not accurate
Easy ordering process, reasonable pricing and prompt delivery. Unfortunately the product description of the bed valance proved to be inaccurate. The bed base to floor measurment was longer than stated ( described as 12 - 14 inches but was actually 16 inches) and therefore did not fit the bed base. Contact with customer service was helpful and a return initiated with the refund paid promptly. Disappointing as I had struggled to find the correct drop for this double bed.

Toweling robes in different sizes and colours.
The products I bought are both excellent and are very good quality. The fit is good and my wife and myself are very pleased with the robes. The price was very good considering the quality. Delivery was poor compared to the estimated delivery when purchased, however this all I have come to expect from Evri. They tend not to deliver when due but when it suits their schedules.
