I've been trying to stay active, but the gym isn't really for me This makes it easy to work out on my own terms without the hassle.

Really solid product. It allows me to work out at my own pace and in my own space, which makes a big difference.

Delay in delivery was well communicated and updated. Great product quality and a good substitute for larger gym equipment in our smaller, home gym space.

only delayed a week in shipping and shipping was delayed slightly but well communicated - they advised it was due to unprecedented demand so good on them for doing well. they even offered a full lifetime access to their home online programs for the inconvenience. product is definitely worth the wait - good stuff guys

I searched high and low for something that would suit my needs, lots of products from off shore companies but was absolutely stoked when I found an Aussie company I could support. My main for of exercise is about 4 x 45min HIIT classes a week. Great for overall fitness and keeping my weight down, but I wanted something I could access and use easily when I wanted, to help me tone up more and look a little more defined. I definitely didn't want to join another gym and I also wanted something that was completely convenient for me. The Universal Bar has hit it out of the park for me so far, particularly when I just want to get a quick arm, shoulder, back and chest workout in, from the provacy of my house, bedroom, or anyhwere I feel like really. More constructive feedback, than criticism; it would be great to see as this business grows, something like guided workouts for specific muscle groups or body parts. I'm by no means and expert when it comes to this stuff, so any extra content or information regarding getting best results would be amazing. I love it though and am very glad I purchased it.

Ordered end of December with order saying delivery within 7 days. Been over 2 weeks so far and have sent 2 emails without receiving a response. Not a good experience and would not recommend.

Shipping delay was explained with a phone call and good customer service. I believe they've sorted it all out and it was some sort of a warehousing error that wasn't there fault. They offered free access to the workout programs and I received my item fairly quickly! great quality on the product and worth the wait. Good on you Universal Bar!

The UB is a great piece of equipment. Howevet their customer service is non existent. Several emails, DMs sent but no reply or acknowledgement.

Have sent 2 emails asking for information about my order and delivery time. No replies to date.

Universalbar needs a lesson in providing quality customer service to every customer and respond to emails sent in a timely manner.

Item has been getting prepared for shipping for almost 4 weeks now, and no responses to 6 emails.

Update: Product arrived today after 5 and a half weeks. Still have not received any responses to emails sent.

I am generally happy with the universal bar and it's an awesome product to add to my workout regimen. My main gripes are that the instructions are quite limited even on the tutorial video, and requiring us to pay subscription for different exercises seems deceptive, especially when I was unable to claim the 30 day trial.

Really heavy, but that's what I wanted I got the lower resistance for the wife and kids. The whole family has a bit blast with it- great stuff universal bar team.

Their product was exactly as advertised, it's very effective, even my wife has been eyeing me a bit more end also has been complimenting my figure. Their program is also great. Everyone needs one and it's perfect for traveling.

Overpriced, difficult to use, very delayed in arriving and the worst part is that it is hard to manage varying resistance. Regret buying.

For times i dont have time to go to the gym this product comes in so handy!

Order the product back in September, with the 1-3 business day rush, a week later I received an email explaining that they had low stock. I go an email a week later saying they were now shipping my package. 2 weeks later still no product

Horrible experience. Could not meet delivery time frames. Once contacted referenced order demand as problem and refused to problem solve. Clear focus on profit not being Aussie distributed or care for Aussie customer. Steer clear as they want your cash not your loyalty!
