I've been purchasing juice/kits from The Vape Mall for years. I've never had an issue with any of their products. The Vape Mall has always been very reliable, and their customer service is impeccable.

Several orders in the past 2 years received in a timely manner. My recent order has been delayed 12 days after notification of delivery date via UPS. 5 attempts to communicate with customer service via email and by phone to facilitate investigation with UPS to locate package delayed at UPS facility.My account with Vape Mall does not show the last 2 orders however, one order was delivered yet, the most recent order is still missing.

I have ordered 2 lost marry 35K and it has been a very good experience so far with both quality and services.

I have been buying products from TheVapeMall.com for years now. With my last order I was going out of town and needed it a little faster than the free shipping I am used to would typically get it to me. The surcharge for 3-5 day shipping was minimal and it ended up coming very fast. All orders I place are custom (they make the vape juice to order if it is their in house brand), and that is obviously going to take a few days depending on how deep their orders are. In the end, I am extremely happy with the service.
Outside of that, I have been buying from them for years because of quality and price. They are maybe half the price of a low cost local retail shop - and maybe 1/3 of the price of a regular one. Their in house menu is EXTENSIVE. If you can't find what you are looking for there - I am not sure what planet you might be from. They also give the option of more flavor, more sour, more sweet.. so you can change the levels of your juice. The 5 pack is the best deal out there - and I typically order 2 - 5 packs of 125ml when I order. That lasts me months. They also sell tanks, coils and other supplies - so it is nice to get pieces for my mods when I order. These guys are my #1 go to favorite vape store period. I have been vaping for so many years - when I started there was just a single store in Denver area - Vapor Leaf. I want to say that was 16+ years ago? Anyway, I have been through many versions of stores and really, this place is the best.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, they told me a week ago it would be 5 days, yesterday they told me it was lost by the post. Sounds like a whole lot of fraudulent scamming to me. So glad I didnt waste more than $90. Here’s me about to do a $600 order when they said 5 days. Thank god I didn't!! Reporting to bank and fair trading Australia.

Would have given zero if possible , bought from these guys in September and have not received anything or even a reply regarding my order absolute scam do not buy from them

Supply customers with their orders!! I ordered on the 18th November from this company!! 137 pound they ripped me off for no communication no nothing!! After countless emails I've sent no response whatsoever!! How can these company's get away with this?? Horrendous so called company people please don't use them they will take your money and leave you with nothing!!!

AVOID! Order not received. At first they were responding to emails and assuring me there was just a delay. But they've been radio silence for the past 2 weeks and are ignoring all my emails. The phone number they have listed on their website is out of service. DO NOT ORDER GOODS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Delicious flavor and received quickly

Just read all the horrible reviews but 100 percent that was not my experience
I randomly placed an order with vape mall, with any online purchase I was a little nervous but thought it's like $10 no big deal. I chose my flavor added extra sweetener and hoped for the best. I received an email saying my order was placed maybe 2 days later my order was shipped with a tracking number. I ordered a salt nic and Im extremely satisfied with the product.

They are a scam company because I’ve ordered lots of vape in there and now they just closed the website

Bought lots of vapes, at what appeared to be good prices. No reply to emails and no dispatch. I came on here to check and saw the many other bad reviews with a similar experience to mine. AVOID! They are a Scam company.

Made an order worth £70..Order got cancelled, got an email saying money would be refunded..Still waiting for the refund nearly 2 months later..No reply to my emails..

Worse customer service, didnt get the product, didnt received any email about the prodect waiting for the refund. Scam company.

I ordered twice a month ago, not received anything. Online chat says they reply immediately - nothing. I lost £100

AVOID. This looks legit but is a scam. A month after ordering still no parcel or refund contacted and got nothing but lies now being ignored

honest review, it’s an actual scam do not buy from this company, website looks legit but i can assure you its not ordered like a month ago, in the process of a dispute with my bank, steer clear

Ordered 15th August, I was told the vapes were lost in transit on 26th august and I would be refunded, stating this could take 10 days to reach my bank still waiting sent emails no reply scammers.
