Ordered £40 worth of vapes on 27th June. My experience is similar to that highlighted in other recent reviews, ie "next day" service promised, money taken, then complete radio silence with multiple follow-ups ignored. I'd have some sympathy for a prompt message outlining delivery issues but to completely ignore a customer who paid promptly is unacceptable, in my view.

Ordered £51 worth on the 28th, states next working day delivery, still don’t have my order, no updates and completely ignored all emails.
I suggest if you’ve had the misfortune of not reading reviews first and you’ve ordered, go through your bank for a refund and report to trading standards. Clearly scammers and the good reviews and obviously fakes.
**UPDATE**
My bank have refunded my money, this scam company have 30 days to prove they fulfilled the order (which they didn’t) or action will be taken. So if anyone else has been scammed out of there money, call your bank ☺️

I’m not going to lie the posting is on the slow side and they didn’t seem to have the vapes I was after but was offered an alternative one which was nice and I enjoyed it. I now know why they were struggling as disposable Vapes are now illegal and not available for sale. I’m not going to give them poor feedback they have been good for me over the months I’ve been purchasing from them and that it’s self is worth 5 stars in my opinion. I just want to Thank them for their service and support and their products have been great. I will now look into the chargeable products they offer. Thank you so much for your service ☺️👍🏻

Made a large order, vapes were on next day delivery. No dispatch email arrived, no vapes either. Ignored my emails for days, when finally contacted me to tell me my items were out of stock and that I could have an alternative. As I'd completely lost faith in them by this point, and read all the glowing reviews on trustpilot, I asked for a refund. I recieved a cancellation email, stating that the order had been cancelled but a refund was not issued. They are now ignoring my emails yet again. I will be reporting this to trading standards as clearly this company take people's money and never actually send anything out.

this vape company took my order of £119.96 then 3 days later cancel the order and said my refund has been submitted of £0.00 now a week later im left with no refund no product and I have tried to contact them emails everyday the phone number goes straight to answering machine I have left countless messages they will not get back to me if I don't hear from them in the next few days I will be reporting this business.

They are true to their word , sent me a refund immediately. I was extremely wary with the reviews but item was not Instock I received my money back 2 days later and good communication.

Stay away,my partner ordered £40 worth of vapes on 11/03/25 I've tried calling and emailing but only got voicemail and email not found but it was paid through klarna and I've still got to pay for it as klarna has said that seller declined to give refund,what do u do?

£80 on an item supposedly with next day delivery, ordered on the 2nd of April. No sign of dispatch, phone number goes to voicemail and email address bounces back.

Not next day delivery as advertised but package has finally arrived one week later. Was very worried as I was unable to contact them as email kept bouncing back and telephone kept going to voicemail but everything looks fine now

Didn’t receive my 4 vapes from 2weeks+ ago. Don’t answer the phone or don’t reply to emails. AVOID! Most of the positive reviews are most likely fake.

Its now April 13th and i have just received a full refund after finally being contacted via WhatsApp on April 9th to advise the product i asked for wasnt available. They did offer an alternative for the same price but i declined.

Updated the review to 2 stars. Slow communication and should really be advising on their website that items are out of stock....

Lesson learned! Ordered 2 vapes on 26 march with express delivery (1-3 days). Today, 29 March, the order still hasn't been fulfilled and theres been no response from email or via phone to check the status. Looking like £35 down the drain..... not impressed. I only went with them because their website said they had what i wanted in stock. Avoid them if you're looking for what they promise and dont want to be out of pocket or having to wait longer than they advise. I'll update this review to a more positive one if my order actually shows up but im not holding my breath.......

Ordered 3 vapes , took well over a week to come after several un responded to emails.

The order arrived but wasn’t even close to what I ordered

SCAM ordered 10 boxes and its been 2 weeks and havent recieved and theyre not answering their email.

I ordered 10 elux cyberover vapes on the 5th march it's now the 13th says one day delivery from order no sign of vapes email numerous times no reply looking at other reviews looking like I have been scammed I will be contacting the relevant authorities to report these scammers and I will get my money back hope your proud

Do not order from here or ninja vapes.
That is their partner site. They stole money off me last time & I went to order off this site and didn’t realise they are connected. They have done the same again & I have reported it to relevant authorities. They are just scum that steal and scam off people. Cannot grasp the fact people wake up & decide they want to ruin other peoples life. They’re scum bags do not waste your time or money.

I bought vapes from this company and I did not receive them. They are refusing to refund or send me a replacement even though they can clearly see from the tracking I have not received them.
Do not use this company by all means. They do not have the customers best interest in mind and will not refund you if there are any issue.

Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't even give them a 1 star.

Ordered 2 vapes for my uncle as a gift when they eventually arrived only 1 worked. I sent an email with videos off the vapes as proof of one of them being broken.

I then recieved a reply to state they would replace the broken vape if I made another order. I responded I would not be making another order as it was a 1 time order as a gift and would just like the broken vape replaced. I then recieved a reply to state they will not refund or replace the vape. I need to return the broken vape for their technical team to check the vape.

So if I made an order and payed more money they would happily replace it but because I've refused to order more they are refusing to refund or replace.

Avoid them at all costs. their customer service is shocking too.

A week has passed since my order and I haven't received anything? I want to know why. Is this a scam site or what? I can't contact them in any way?
