Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't even give them a 1 star.

Ordered 2 vapes for my uncle as a gift when they eventually arrived only 1 worked. I sent an email with videos off the vapes as proof of one of them being broken.

I then recieved a reply to state they would replace the broken vape if I made another order. I responded I would not be making another order as it was a 1 time order as a gift and would just like the broken vape replaced. I then recieved a reply to state they will not refund or replace the vape. I need to return the broken vape for their technical team to check the vape.

So if I made an order and payed more money they would happily replace it but because I've refused to order more they are refusing to refund or replace.

Avoid them at all costs. their customer service is shocking too.

Placed order of a pack of 10 instavapes…

Placed order of a pack of 10 instavapes on Tuesday and it claimed next day delivery. And it still hasn't arrived

I have sent WhatsApp messages, rang, and sent emails and no reply,
Terrible customer service

As said in other reviews I wish I checked first and I would not have ordered. The 5 star reviews must have been placed by friends or family.

Shame as if they sent as promised or even communicated I would have been a regular customer.

If I don't here back from them by next Tuesday I will also be contacting trading standards due to false advertising and not receiving product

Disappointing Delays and Poor Communication

I ordered the Geek Bar Pulse 1500 from The Vapez, and while the product itself is decent, the experience was far from smooth. The delivery was frustratingly late, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, it was nearly impossible to get a response. It seems like they need to seriously improve their communication and delivery times. A bit disappointing, really, but the product itself is alright. Hopefully, they sort these issues out soon!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ignoring my emails ect. Sent me the wrong stuff I chose after they told me what I ordered was unavailable. Save your money and don’t buy from them.

Terrible customer service

Have had to resort to submitting a review of this seller on here as they do not answer emails, WhatsApp messages, and the mobile number for them constantly goes to voicemail which they do not respond to either. I paid for 8 shortfill bottles and only received 5. Simple mistake I thought would be easily rectified with a quick email. No reply and no way to contact them. Disgraceful level of customer support!

Don’t waste your time they offer…

Don’t waste your time they offer product which is difficult to find it’s available only in us but they offer that and charge u just after u place order and pay for it u get info from them sorry but product is out of stock and is a problem on website after that they offer different product if u not agree u need wait 14 working days for get money back !! Nightmare !! BTW this guy why phone me extremely rude !!

It is everything OK I was waiting 3 working days

I ordered on Monday and then I started looking to see if it wasn't a scam. Did I read these comments I was terrified. I wrote to them someone wrote back saying it was on dispatch. So Salam time and my order came on Thursday. But this site is very strange that's why after the fact I thought it was a scam but I got my parcel. Thank you

Be careful buying from this company

Be careful buying from this company. They took £80 for 10 vapes, didnt deliver them, ignored most of my whatsapp messages and wont answer my refund request, I've now had to contact my bank and trading standards in order to try and get my money back. Twice I was fobbed off and told they would be with me the next day, its now a week later and I still dont have the product or a refund. Maybe this is a one off but there are plenty of reputable suppliers online I would advise using one of those instead to avoid this happening to you, not worth the risk.

Don’t trust these guys - scammers who will steal you money.

Don’t trust these guys. Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered next day delivery and it’s never shown up. They send me (weirdly) a message on WhatsApp saying the flavour I ordered is out of stock and they will send me a list over of what they’ve got. This never happened.
I’ve messaged asking when the list is going to be sent over, when i should expect my new day delivery (which over 5 days late) and I’m not getting a response from them now.
They’ve stolen my money and are now ignoring me.

Awful

Made an order of 2 units and was contacted immediately via WhatsApp to advise the flavour I ordered went out of stock and offered me alternatives. Fair enough.

A few days later my order arrived but only 1 unit - not 2 that I ordered.

Contacted them on WhatsApp as that’s how they’d communicated until now and they apologised and said the missing unit would be sent out on the coming Monday as it was a weekend. Again. Fair enough.

Almost a week goes by and nothing. I contacted them again and they asked what flavour I ordered - I told them and that was it. I never heard from them again. No response on WhatsApp or email.

Save your money and go elsewhere. These people obviously like stealing peoples money. Do not trust them.

I have looked into this matter and your money was returned. Just because it takes a little longer for the banks to refund, we ask all our customers to be patient as refunds could take upto 7-14 working days before they would reflect in your account.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered 3 batches of 10 vapes in different flavours, so not a low value order. Upon receipt, I noticed that one of the flavours sent was incorrect so I contacted the company enquiring what had happened. It turned out that they had run out of stock of one of the flavours I'd ordered. In this scenario, I'd expect a reputable company to contact myself and ask whether I wanted a different flavour, or offer a refund for that portion of the order, not just send a different random flavour out that I hadn't ordered.

I've been trying to contact the seller to obtain a refund for the incorrectly sent items but after a couple of initial responses to my emails, they are now ignoring me.

I don't feel that dispatching products that I haven't ordered and just assuming I'll be happy and ignoring any further contact is acceptable. Poor service from thevapez.co.uk
