We love receiving our box of great fruit & veg, ordered some yogurts & cheese plus bread & bread rolls along with order comes every two weeks so if we forget to do a food shop online there’s something to eat!
Took us a few weeks to realise that the yogurts & cheese were in the silver cold pack bag though, so my wife was throwing them out! 🤦🏼‍♀️ she puts it down to her age! 😂 would highly recommend thank you the veg company x

Have used this company several times, I have sent fruit and veg boxes to my Dght and partner in London they love to receive fresh fruit and veg, the produce has always been fresh delivered in good packaging, the only reason a 4* this time was it arrived a day late.

Can’t get hold of anyone concerning the order.
Order didn’t arrive
Order arrived this morning at 8.30am
I took pictures of the fruit
Bananas were bruised
Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries were mouldy and inedible

Very disappointed!

Great fresh produce. Sausage and baked goods are a big hit as well

Came on time, all great quality and really fresh.

Twice now I've ordered fruit and veg from Veg Box Co;
and both times they've dropped me off a box of fruit and veg, as fresh as if I'd gone to the fields and orchards and gathered the stuff myself.

Great service, helpful when there was an issue with Royal Mail's service, especially considering that everyone will have been having issues.

I have been using The Veg Box Co for some time. They supply my juicing oranges. I highly recommend them.

This company is a total joke.
I received a box on Tuesday with a fly infested lettuce and bugs crawling in the cabbage. I also had missing items from my order and feel very undervalued as a customer. I’ve been coming here for over a year.

The kale goes yellow after one day.
The avocados go black in under a couple of days if you don’t use them.

They were going to send me out a box of items to replace the items I had not received and today is Friday and still nothing. I’ve been told it’s been send out yet.
So I already know it won’t be very fresh on arrival.

I won’t be using this company again. I emailed on Tuesday and now Friday I have no replacement box.

Absolutely shocking. There are so many companies who offer a service better than this. Shop around and don’t waste your money feeling like an order number for a company who doesn’t appreciate you as a customer.

I am really unhappy. They have tried to bribe me back with a 5% off for a year voucher. I mean I’ve been a loyal customer for ages and I’m worth 5% to them. I’m shopping elsewhere now. I’ve had enough of this company.

They only want your money and staff are not trained to pack the orders with the correct contents.

Check out the other reviews on other platforms because this kind of service is unacceptable. They just don’t care.

They never sent me out the apology boxes in the end. I told them not bother because it had been over a week.

They are very rude and haven’t responded to my last email asking for a refund.

Steer clear of this awful company.

Quick delivery, wonderfully fresh fruit and a fantastic selection at an extremely reasonable price

Excellent produce, very carefully packed, soft fruit lasted well beyond the time in which the supermarket equivalent would have started to spoil.

Lots of veg well passed it, brown broccoli, yellow kale, not good.

Fast delivery, Always delivered on the date scheduled and im always happy with the quality of the order.

First time of ordering with this company. Was well impressed with the freshness of the vegetables and fruit. Also was delivered by royal mail first thing in a morning.

Delivered the next day as promised and my box was packed full of the freshest and largest fruit and veg I have seen. It really doesn’t compare to the supermarket. The cauliflower was no joke as big as my head and lovely and white. They even do biscuits now.

My first order of a small veg box arrived as scheduled on Saturday morning, on opening the box there was a strong onion smell, this came from one of the red onions which was visibly rotting it was wet & soft, I emailed the company that morning not expecting a reply over the weekend but good practice should have meant a reply on Monday pm at the latest, however it is Thursday pm & still no response, a very disappointing experience as a first time purchaser, I fear there will not be a second purchase, as an aside when inspecting the rest of the order I found one large carrot to have soft black patches & one large tomato was also soft & past it's best, all in all the lack of response plus the obvious lack of quality control gives a very poor impression.

UPDATED: Guy from the company contacted me & reviewed the photos I had sent him, he said the produce was not to the standard it should have been, he said he would send me a replacement box, this arrived this morning & I have no complaints with this one, Thank you, Guy.
