There are several firms operating in this space. Third Bridge is the one that actually follows up and provides feedback on their requested engagements. Unfortunately, others seem to ghost a lot more.

I possess comprehensive, end-to-end experience in rehabilitation robotics—spanning planning, design, development, production line construction, and after-sales service. Currently, the robots I managed are deployed in over 100 hospitals across Japan.

I always appreciate the opportunities you provide; the projects related to humanoids and AI robots are highly engaging, and I genuinely enjoy working on them.

However, I must address the current working conditions. The requests often come with extremely short notice and tight deadlines. For instance, receiving a request at 18:00 to deliver a multi-page presentation by 23:00 on the same day is a recurring issue. While I usually do my best to accommodate your tight deadlines, there was a recent request I simply could not accept.

Specifically, there was an instance where the compensation was reduced by around 20% for the exact same scope of work, despite it being an urgent request late on a Sunday night. When I inquired, I was told it was due to a lack of budget for management fees. As a professional, this kind of arrangement is unacceptable, which is why I had to decline that specific request. I hope we can establish a more sustainable and equitable working framework moving forward.
