Easy, trustful, professional, fast, direct

I've worked with Third Bridge for a few years. They are professional and easy to work with. Communication and payments are easy. Their reps are friendly.

Omar Captan is a fantastic associate to work with - very polite, hardworking, and accommodation with a superior sense of camaraderie.
Third Bridge seems to me to be a great firm to be able to attract someone like Omar.
I feel highly privileged supporting Third Bridge's clients, especially through Omar.

When a call is completed very quickly do I receive an invoice for my time which is really important and so good.
I haven’t given 5/5 because the rate of exchange is not included into sterling and the time delay to my bank account could be a little quicker but overall a very good payment service

they make the whole process very easy...from accepting the consultation, the consultation itself and making a timely payment.

I wrote a solid 1 star review before and they recovered nicely. Finally got paid. I would only go higher if I did the process all over again and it turned out to be flawless.some of this “might” have been my fault as I asked to be paid by check vs eft as I did not want to provide any banking information to them since we never worked together. That was clearly outside their normal process.
All good now.

The proces works pretty smoothly, and the staff behind are obviously very competent.
The only issue is that when starting up new potential engagements I have to answer recurring questions all over again, manually. Its unnecessarily cumbersome and time consuming.
But overall a great experience working with them

It's definitely getting better the more consults I get. At first I was getting a lot of content sent to me that wasn't really relevant. But lately I've been getting almost all things that I can speak to, or have insight into both on the survey and consult side. I think the "hit rate" of opportunities is still lower than I'd like, hence a 4 not a 5.
