I have been collaborating with Third Bridge as an expert, and my overall experience has been excellent. Specifically, their payment process is exceptionally smooth and prompt. The instructions were clear, and I received my compensation exactly as scheduled without any hassle. It is a highly professional and trustworthy organization.

Interviewer was prepared and professional. Payment on time and reasonable. Team was great as far as prep and guidance for the call.

Checking expert’s interest in proposed assignment and suitability are assessed with minimum fuss. Compliance questionnaire is brief and can be completed over email. Since the update to the Third Bridge platform, I had had less calls, response is slower and less interactive, and reductions for my rate has been requested several times. My consultation frequency on other platforms have remained consistent or slightly elevated. In previous years, I would rate my experience with Third Bridge as 5 stars. Specific highlights were accurate matches for my expertise and the associates who coordinated the calls were very professional and cordial.

Most recently, I completed the screening on the mobile app and I experienced interruption or freezing while trying to advance though the process. The calendar portal was very difficult. Previously, it was always easy. I accepted the project and submitted my screening responses with a note regarding the technical difficulties to Ashley Macri. I have not gotten a confirmation or response.

I hope to see more projects aligned with my expertise and improved experience for the project acceptance and screening process.

My experience has been the best possible, as I find Third Bridge's customer service representatives and points of contact very efficient and reliable. One downside is that some of them make the initial contact and, when they move forward with the client, they don't inform us, leaving us waiting. But overall, I really like the business model proposed and implemented by TB.

As for the payment, it is not so big problem.

As a first-class architect, I worked in design and construction management at a general contractor before moving into an owner-side project management role for data centers and office developments. As a result, I have experience covering a wide range of projects, from the construction industry to IT infrastructure.

The transaction statement from the bank in question shows a subject line such as "RT01100...", and I cannot be certain whether this is a payment from your company (although we currently believe it is likely based on the timing).

Your pricing mechanisms are opaque and can cause suspicion. I think you should be more transparent about the process.

It seems to me that pricing by the time and duration of a call is antiquated; why not pay per session (according to the strategic weight of the call)?

Right now you incentivise talkative, punish the concise?

Where possible send a summary of questions ahead of calls; it enables good preparation, and that improves call efficiency.
