Fantastic team, great product! We've recently upgraded to Chorus and couldn't be happier with it. Easy to use, great user experience and also at a really fair price.

Its been a wonderful and truly professional working experience with amazing technical support we have got from thirdlight at all times. Issues with solutions are resolved exactly the way we want. Also the whole UI is well thought and the system itself is perfect - i meant CHORUS digital asset management.

I found Chorus to be a sensible and powerful tool for approaching digital asset management across multiple departments. One of the most prevalent difficulties in a project like ours is consistency of metadata, as each manager tends to have their own system of tagging what is important to them. Chorus lets you create your own fields that are then presented to data entry specialists in a uniform fashion, ensuring that each image is tagged the way we need it to be tagged.

We also loved Chorus' native capability to crop, edit and download images on the fly for departments that do not have a photoshop specialist embedded. This has taken a huge load off the Marketing department.

Finally, I appreciate Third Light's willingness to train and troubleshoot. Our trainer made special arrangements to fit his UK schedule to our West Coast USA time zone, and we had a number of productive sessions with their support team to get our build running smoothly. Third Light continues to improve their product, and I highly recommend their service.

An outstanding product, truly. One of the best information management platforms I've seen. Support is swift and friendly. Whenever I've asked for phone calls or web meetings to help set up or use Chorus (and IMT) they've jumped in quickly. The platform itself is intuitive and simple, which belies its power. This is transformative stuff for any organisation. Highly recommended.

Thirdlight Chorus is exactly what I was looking for. It's saving us an enormous amount of time and providing our partners a very powerful resource which is saving them time and allowing them to access exactly what they need too.

The ThirdLight team was incredibly patient with my team, who took months to evaluate and green light the investment. The Chorus tool replaced a custom-built Sharepoint product that we had been using. Over time that tool got bogged down and was expensive to update and to maintain. Chrous allowed our team to move to a dynamic platform which unlocked a higher level of collaboration within our teams. The customer service post-purchase has been unparalleled! I did a lot of research to land at the decision to recommend Chorus to our group and I can't recommend it highly enough to others as well.

We've been using Thirdlight Chorus for a few months now. The team has been extremely wonderful - helping us to onboard and figure out best practices for all of our assets. Whenever I send in a support ticket, it's resolved very quickly (despite the time difference between the East Coast in the States and the UK).

Additionally, the product itself is wonderful. It's intuitive, fast, and even fun to use. We looked at several different services before deciding on Thirdlight, and it was definitely the best choice! Our team has thousands of assets that need to be uploaded and tagged, and Thirdlight allows each of our team members (from those that are novices at advanced technology - to the most expert) - to use Thirdlight with ease.

I highly recommend Thirdlight!

After a thorough procurement process looking at a wide variety of DAM solutions we settled on Third Light Chorus. Against our requirements it scored very closely to significantly more expensive solutions.

Although it didn't quite cover all the features we originally wanted we quickly stumbled upon easy work-arounds. We've been using it for over a year now and I am delighted. As with any new tool there is a slight learning curve, but I found their support and account manager incredibly helpful. Even had him on an hour long screenshare hand-holding me through the process. After that I was up and running in no time. My teams have adopted it quickly and intuitively and other teams we're working with are over the moon. I've sat and watched first time users just dive straight in and use it with no training.

Administering it is really easy and our IT dept had no problems integrating it with Active Directory. I love the way the different spaces can have completely different groups or individuals set up with different roles, and those roles can then be separately configured. It's like having as many libraries as you want in one, which really suits an organisation of our structure and size (about 450 employees).

We have currently about 11,000 images and still growing as we migrate more into it and it's coping with this fine. I don't notice any compromise on speed being a cloud service when compared to server installed solutions I've used in other jobs in the past.

The various features like smart folders (basically a saved search criteria which pulls references of images into a folder) is super useful. But also the flexibility to create and manage your own fields is not just extensive but really easy once you know how.

Any criticism I might have had around the occasional learning curve or (sometimes) lack of support material (as it's still quite a new solution) is more than made up for by the level of dedicated human service they offer. They are very customer centric and have gone above and beyond for us on various occasions. I'm also yet to encounter any kind of bug - which is saying something these days.

It's a shame the rating only goes up to 5.

Third Light Chorus was installed at ABP in March, and feedback has been entirely positive.

Chorus is intuitive, easy to use, easily-navigable and the back end system and dual screen view for moving/downloading images is extremely helpful when it comes down to certain projects. Due to our use of folders for different projects/regions, the layout of Chorus is extremely helpful in moving images from one folder to another in minimal time.

ABP's Image Library has had an increase in users since we have upgraded, and has had an extremely positive response.

ABP have had a positive relationship with Third Light in terms of managing our Image Library, and when we elected to upgrade to Chorus, the team at Third Light have been and continue to be nothing but helpful. Emails/Queries are answered in good time, always helpful over the phone. ABP's Account Manager, Danny Smith, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed before we migrated and is always happy to help, either on email or over the phone.

I would recommend Third Light to any organisation that needs an easy and intuitive way of storing multiples GBs of images.

I have been using Third Light Chorus for several months now and it has proven to fulfill all of our needs. It provides enough flexibility that we were able to build our unique workflow into the system. Support has been great, with each of my tickets being addressed and resolved. I trialed many solutions in this price range and Chorus was the most flexible and has the most features that I need. I recommend Chorus to anyone looking for a solid mid-grade digital asset management solution.

We have just started with Thirdlight but the service they have shown so far has been exemplary. We have requested numerous features and they have actively listened and added these where possible, such as adding a consent form attachment feature to media assets.
The application itself is very easy to use with the right amount of complexity and control. I'd definitely recommend this application for any organization wanting to manage a large array of media assets

We love working with Chorus. The software is scalable to a great number of different applications. Thirdlight support cares about their customer also after the acquisition.

We're 3/4 of the way through our training with Martin from Third Light and our team has been very happy with our sessions. Martin is thorough in his explanations and attentive to our questions. He never hesitates can always provide clear answers with a useful demonstration. Of all the remote training I have done over the years, my experience with Third Light has been far and away the best. Martin's professionalism and preparedness has been a very encouraging first impression to this new product.

Third Light is an extremely well designed tool that is easy to use. But if you are in need of support, YOU GET IT and more. Ogii is supper helpful every time. He not only gives you a solution but even provides additional useful information as well as where to find it. And the rest of the team was so helpful with the set up and training. I would recommend Third Light to anyone in need of a digital asset management system.

We had a IMS testserver in a vm, failing an upgrade.. Our bad - the vm was given a not supported default CPU type from the stoneage...
We then got in touch with Third Light support. They pinpointed our mistake at once, we changed the CPU type, then Third Light support fixed the installation via remote control and then verified the installation. They also did a proactive review on our production system as well. The support session was lightning fast and excellent as can be.
We use Third Light IMS for multiple customers and it feels good to have such a great support team at hands.

I've used Third Light in my last three jobs, the solution works well, saves a huge amount of time and is highly customisable. As other reviewers have already stated, the customer support is excellent. Intelligent, helpful and personable staff answer any query you have, quickly.

This companies support team is first rate. The quality and quickness of response is far superior to most similar companies. The library itself is simple, effective, with loads of options to tailor it to your needs. Only one negative in over a year using the system and that's that there isn't an upload app available yet for Android.

I am always delighted to connect with the folks at Third Light. I am primarily responsible for our IT Departments purchasing and am so pleased with the invoicing lead time and the flexibility to pay our invoices by different methods. What I especially enjoy is the tremendous courtesy extended personally to customers. That isn't always the case with vendors. It truly makes my day to connect with them whenever I have a question about our account. Courteous, timely and helpful are words that come to mind when I think about Third Light
