The estimator was willing to bargain price. The installers were very efficient and detail oriented. The installation went perfectly and the finished product is beautiful.

The only reason I am giving this company 2 stars instead of 1 is because the installers were very professional and quick. The company itself is not however. When we had our initial consultation we were shown a completely different window than what was installed.When you pay the amount of money that you have to pay to these people you would expect a better window than the one you can go to the hardware store and buy at a fraction of the price. The windows that we had installed were the same ones that my in-laws had installed by home depot. The window we were shown was a much thicker and sturdier window. When we brought this to their attention of course they said we were told this is the window we would be getting since we opt for a shorter warranty time frame instead of the 50yr. I can tell you we most certainly were not told that because if we had we would not have gone through with the install. So here we are paying a crazy amount of money for a local hardware company window. We were told how they make the windows when they are order because they dont keep them in stock , that their installers have to go through a 2 week intense training because quality is there first priority, we were also told that during the installation only pre approved wood and caulking are used and that they couldn't just go down to the local hardware store and get what they needed(lies) . When the installers came they had no clue they had to fix some of the framing on the windows so the foreman ran to home depot to get some wood, the caulking they used my husband had the same thing. Wish we would have noticed the windows before they ripped all of our old windows out because we would have stopped it then and there. In the end we were basically told O WELL.

The workmen were very detail oriented.

I am very disappointed perhaps from the installation.The window are very drafty and I was told that it would reduce my cost of electricity but that is not the case at all!

Such a smooth job all around replacing a window in my bedroom. Super pleasant team..carefully measuring and double checking. The installation was so quick and flawless. And so tidy!! Outstanding job all around.

We ended up going with a competitor due to the cost delta. The products and warranty were almost identical.

The process for choosing and purchasing our 3 new doors was easy. The actual installation was done quickly and professionally. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the customer responsiveness prior to installation. Despite multiple requests over several weeks, I am still waiting for the corrected certificate of insurance( as specified by our HOA), and the scheduler failed to leave a message or text about the installation date.S/he then took us off the schedule claiming she couldn’t reach us, delaying installation by 30 days!

The consultations were great. However, there was a disconnect between contract terms and execution. I had stipulated that I wanted the whole window boxes/framing replaced along with ths windows. Install team showed up without the necessary parts and tried to argue with me about it. The weren't able to replace the stools (window ledge), so they left me with the old ones with deep gouges, filled with silicone. Very visible and very unattractive. They also left a solvent soaked towel on top of an antique bookcase but to their credit, they took the cost of restoration out of final payment and I was able to resolve that. They had to send someone back out to replace the stools, but it did get done. I would give 5 stars to the sales team up front, I wish the installation team was as useful. We have the windows now, the house is more comfortable. The locks can be a little tricky sometimes. Overall we're glad to have the new windows.

Installed properly and completely installed in one day. Follow up when the storm door did not close properly.

The workers were friendly and very professional. They performed their job in an expert manner and did a good job cleaning up when the work was completed. I was very pleased with the finished product.

I liked the sales rep, the windows, and the price. The installers did a great job and I’m very pleased with everything.

The sell representative was knowledgeable and helpful in the presentation of bathrooms remodeling. The installers were very good and clean as they completed the project on time.

The crew showed up on time and worked until the job was complete.

Helpful in making the best choices for my home

The techs were on time and cleaned up after the installation.

It took months to get simple sliding screen door replacement parts. We had several employees that had no follow through on their end on getting the parts ordered and to us. These parts were standard parts and there was no reason it took months to get them. I was extremely upset with Jordan and her lack of follow through or ensuring the part was ordered when I signed that contract she sent me with my credit card information on it. The products are good the customer services are horrible after install. I have spent money on windows, a sliding door and have friends who got windows after our recommendations. I at this point would not recommend Thompson creek because of the post install customer service.

It is my pleasure to write this review, the scope of project involved window replacement(7 windows) and I am extremely pleased with the final results. The quality of work done was top notch. The installers were professional , reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. They tidied up at the end of the work day. I was informed of the work crew schedule, delivery and projected completion date. "Thompson" want leave you up the "Creek "without a paddle, just great customer service. Thank you!!
