I sent y'all a e mail saying the bamboo lighter did not lite properly and the screw knob that holds the flint in always comes unscrewed and comes off loosing all the flints

I asked for another lighter and y'all said you would send it and I never got it.
Not happy

They claim the products were delivered without actually sending them, and they don't issue refunds. Don't buy from them, don't let anyone else buy from them, stay away.

I love my black Hollowing Machine ejection lighter. It is smaller than I thought, but it makes it the right size for my pocket. The design is very unique and a conversation starter. It also functions every time.

The after-sales service was poor, meaning it is difficult to return worn or damaged parts to the seller, or it will cost as much shipping cost as the lighter itself. Eventually I have given up returning to the seller due to shipping cost issue.

Auswahl sehr geil,Qualität ist noch ausbaufähig.Nach einer Woche hat sich die Schraube gelockert,die das Rädchen der Feuersteine sichert und alle ersatzsteine sind mit rausgefallen und weg gewesen.Das Feuerzeug,das wie eine Patrone aussieht geht nicht gut,da scheinbar ständig das Benzin leer ist.Das Automatik Feuer finde ich allerdings richtig geil 👌🏻
