Products quality are very good

Nice deals.
Grabbed a few jars of peanut butter and some chips, nice deals. Nice and useful concept as well, love that you're tackling food waste in the UAE. Delivery came the next day, no issues. Will order again.

Well simply after sale communication is take long time with short answer and all of it promising. I ordered 1 week ago and till present time I didn’t receive the order. Honestly I don’t know how these people work really disappointing

Worst experience ever - I to ordered from them since it was offered on Sparklo however i received my order with missing item and its been a week but no one came to deliver the missing item.

This site fool and deceived people and buyers.

Its my first time ordering from "Throwmenot" and I must say, im impressed by their service. First thing is that its so easy to order, no complicated process, simple and easy process to pick items of your choice from the given categories. Easy to search items and the prices are also very reasonable. I got many items at very reasonable price which was a pleasant experience for me. Also the delivery was really good and I got items in perfect condition and the quality was great too. I had some query regarding my order and their customer service was also great. Overall my experience was 10/10 and I will highly recommend them to others.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from these fraudulent sellers. Ordered Pringles paprika and inside the tube was Pringles original.

How this is possible is beyond me.

However they were cheap so I’m not overly concerned. I took a chance.

It’s the customer service, or lack thereof, received that is the real issue.

Zero concern, zero help, told me complain to the manufacturer. I sent photos and explained very politely and respectfully the issue. They did not care.

I will never use these guys again and I am of the opinion that they are fake products.

I see you have now offered to show some level of customer support. But only after I posted a review. For the benefit of the TrustPilot viewership I want to make the following abundantly clear…..

I clearly explained the concept of a contract of sale, offer and acceptance, which is implied at point of purchase. It is not my responsibility to contact a manufacturer of a product that I purchased from a vendor.

The product cost less than 5 aed, the price is completely irrelevant, it was the vendors opportunity to show how they treat theirs customers.

My experience of the platform and their after sales customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

To the vendor; you keep the money I paid you or give a donation to charity.

I will never use your service again and now everyone else will know too.

Such a worst experience ever. I ordered something and did not get the order as well as no customer service response at all... Really frustrating I send many emails and WhatsApp but no reply at all.... Really waste of time

I ordered from them because I like the concept and the cause that support of Sustainability and less the lose in food. The order received fast and well done packed. I’ll order from them more.

Open the whatsapp chat and asked especially for 1 item its avialble or not. Answer "If the button 'Buy now' or 'Add to cart' is active, the item is available." So i ordered and made the payment.....6h later : "Some items in your order have been refunded
Total amount refunded: xxxxx. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account" .......

Amazing service! The only one who sells near expiring products with deep discount. I save money of my family. Thanks

Great company with a valuable mission! Service is not 100% ideal right now cause they have just launched, but prices are amazing, I have not seen more affordable options in Dubai

Please avoid ordering from throwmenot.ae as they will cancel some of your items without informing you. They will not also deliver some of your orders which they will say it has already been delivered. Such a scam store.

Used them once so far (order 1078) and didn’t have the best experience. Only received half of the order. For 2 days they were unreachable. On the third day I got a message promising a refund. Platform is quite poor and does not work properly on mobiles. They do not have a cash on delivery option which means you have to risk paying with card for items that you will never receive..
