Order products months ago and never came.
Contact via shop goes to blank page so you can't contact them.
Poor service, avoid!

Usually it’s scam !
This is the worst online store you can come across!
I placed an order and paid for it, delivery was supposed to be in 2 weeks.
Having not received the parcel, I wrote to support who said that the goods were already on their way, which was an absolute lie. after that I decided to cancel the order and when I asked for a refund, they ignored me and stopped responding to messages!
I sincerely hope that these people pay for everything. Don't fall for these scumbags and take care of yourself

I ordered a lighter on the 3rd of July. It's now almost been two months and I never got a tracking number or any updates. Their website is gone so seems they took the money and ran. Rat behavior

Purchased: Twinflame and the original.

First i will say the support is extremely slow, this might be due to understaffing or just lazyness in responding to customers im not sure but it was. it did take a while for them to send out the product to me, but i did eventually get it a few weeks after expected.

The code offered as a sorry was invalid and didn't work.

The Product on the other hand is amazing, works so well and has some good usage out of it per day, if your not a heavy smoker then this will be amazing if you are then the lighter might not have the batery power to help you, the twin flame help a bit as it only needs a small amount of power to light the gas.

just dont pay for express shipping till they grow more.

COMPLETE 100% SCAM

I placed an order with ORDER ID #15976 on 23 July - and no response to any of my emails or sign of shipping/tracking number.

Do any of you guys know how to sue this company or have luck in getting your money back?

I ordered "twinflame" at 7 of July, and it's still not delivered. So agree with reviews about SCAM

TOTAL SCAM.
I have been sending emails to their support from last 1 month and there has been no reply whatsoever.
No Tracking number provided. No Support provided. They just took money and no reply.
Its been a month I placed order and no update.
PLEASE BEWARE AND SPREAD WORD NOT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!

Total scam company dont fall for it ive sent them some nasty mails cuz im the wrong guy rippping me off my money,a ticket to amsterdam aint that costly so im gona givem a visit,out of pure principle.

I have been waiting a month with them saying "Its currently being processed" while 2 weeks later still having nothing.
Its a scam dont buy it.

im having the same problem as many other customers, no order, not answering my emails now, same as other customers, paid for express. its been almost 2 months and still not shipped

Product is not in stock as many others. No respond to any email sent,no matter how many times i ask them to cancel the order they delayed. The company is clearly active since they send out emails but are ignoring request that is not a profit to them,to me thats a scam run by people NOT having the customers best interest. Dont send any money to them,they will dissapoint you and act like nothing happened..

I ordered a thunderlighter 2.0.

After a fairly long shipping duration, I received a lighter, but it was the wrong one, I received the original lighter. The original lighter is nice, but not the one I wanted.

Communication with customer service has been pretty tedious. They take a long time to reply and sometimes make little to no sense. They offered me a small discount code which I found a bit disappointing but acceptable. However, due to being unresponsive and telling me they don't have many lighters in stock I haven't been able to use it or get the lighter that I originally wanted 🤷‍♂️

I still hope I can get the 2.0 / infinity / twin lighter but we'll see maybe not.

Update: Well originally they offered me a 30% discount which I thought was fair and after asking they give me a 15% discount instead?! Very disingenuous. Very poor customer service.

BEFORE YOU READ: I have submited a police report to my bank and they are currently processing it for a refund. I recommend whoever got scammed does the same. The seller seems to be from bangladesh and will have a hard time with the law there for such a scam.

Order placed 12 days ago with express shipping.

No response from customer support.

My item hasn't even been shipped yet.

I feel ripped off.

As others have pointed out, I've placed an order 10 days ago, and have yet to receive a tracking number for my order. Tried contacting customer support by e-mail but no reply as of yet. I will unfortunately have go through the hassle of a refund case with PayPal if this is not resolved swiftly..

Update 21/08: After not hearing anything from the company, I decided to contact Paypal for a refund, which was luckily just aproved, since they didn't respond to PayPal either. This is definitely a scam company, so beware

I paid additionaly for express tracked delivery.

Firstly I got an email about purchase confirmation. Two days later that they were out of stock but refilled it and delivery will be shipped in 1-2 days. I asked for a tracking number after a week but didn't receive a respond.
Their Customer Service wasn't respoding till I made a PayPal case. Offered me a discount on next purchase but no tracking.

Watch out guys.

Placed order on July 13th, was told the items would be shipped in 5-7 business days.
Products have not been shipped yet, and support does not answer my e-mails.

Thunderlighters.com is a scam site run by a Bangladeshi guy (Reddit username: comiclife). He set up an ecommerce website, ran ads on instagram and won't ship the products, as evidenced by other comments at TrustPilot and my own experience.
