Looks like small company
Still couldn't get any response with the "support". Ordered 1 week ago and not even shipped yet. I know about the demands but looks too much, I'm gonna wait 1 month, and then I will try to cancel and get my money back.

still haven't got the order
I am in the same situation as one of the authors of the reviews. I purchased a product on june, 20 and still don't have any information on shipment. Does anybody know what happent with this company??? Are they closed? The website is still working and even send automatic emails if you order is not completed. Hope there will be happy end and will get our product or money back. After it I will change my opinion.

DO NOT BUY FROM THUNDER LIGHTERS, IT'S A SCAM
I ordered a Thunder lighter more than 10 days ago, and since 8days ago, I'm trying to communicate with the support without results. I've asked multiple times for any news or info and I still didn't receive any answer back. The order was confirmed with an email but I'm still waiting for the email confirmation for the shipment. The tracking service on the website says the they're still processing the order...... If I'm not getting any answer in a few days, I'll come to change the review and I'll try to signal it to the competent authorities.
Review edit: today, 2nd of August, my order is still in "Ordered" status, the customer service is making fun of me with random answer without actually doing anything to improve my customer experience and I'm freaking tired of it.
2nd review: on the 13th of August I still didn't receive any info or answer from the company. I proceeded to report the website for e-commerce fraud because I'm tired of this lack of respect.
On the 21st of August I didn't receive any answer yet, AS YOU CAN SEE THEIR ANSWER TO MY COMMENT, THAT WAS THE LAST MESSAGE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THEM. NOTHING ELSE AFTER THAT.
