Tiboo Reviews

Great sustainable products & the company keeps forging ahead with new fabulous ideas for more sustainable products . They are definitely worth our support !

Great service and great product.

I think that says it all!

Simple subscription process, notification in good time in case we want to cancel, delivery of box of toilet paper as per email info. Altogether great! Phew…don’t have to think about toilet paper again for a month or two!!!

This toilet paper is amazing. Thick, strong and each roll lasts for ages. Works out cheaper than cheaper options in long run. Subscription has been very easy and new rolls arrive quickly. Highly recommend.

Initially really annoyed. We were at home waiting for the delivery, but the courier just left a message saying 'sorry, couldn't deliver today, will redeliver tomorrow'. That didn't work for us - as we were away for a week, but as the website didn't allow me to rebook beyond 5 days ahead, we left instructions to deliver next door. When we arrived back home, we discovered that the box had been just left outside our front door (of a main road); it had been sitting there for a week, and had been both opened and rained upon. No porch for rain protection.

I let Tiboo know, and they were actually great in responding - prompt, very apologetic, and resolved by sending a brand new box of loo rolls to me.

Excellent quality. Very soft and strong.

Great product and timely delivery

I was pleased that the items I ordered were delivered quickly and well packaged. I liked most of the products I purchased, but I was disappointed in the body wash. I would have preferred a glass bottle instead of the plastic one included in the set. It was difficult to decant the dry body wash sachet into the bottle because the neck is too narrow. I wasted some of the powder because it is thick and lumpy and did not slide out of the packet as anticipated. As instructed, I filled the bottle with warm water (I left what I felt was an adequate space at the top to allow for the powder) I put the powder in, put the lid on then shook the bottle, but because the powder was lumpy, and the bottle neck was narrow, there was quite a mess and some of the lumpy powder went all over the table. Tip to self - buy a glass bottle with a wider neck and use a funnel next time I add a sachet. Also, when I used the body wash it was very watery, unlike the hand wash which was fabulous to use. I wouldn't buy the body wash again, but would buy the excellent hand wash and the fabulous loofah sponge scourers.

Very impressed by the product range and especially the toilet rolls made from waste from sugar cane production. Instead of burning the waste it is used to make a very nice and eco friendly paper that really does the job of more expensive soft loo paper and with the added advantage of not blocking the toilet.GREAT!!!

Great quality toilet roll. Will buy again!

Really lovely silky hand wash, eco friendly and cheaper than larger brand alteratives.

On time and just what we ordered. Thank you.

Lovely toilet paper . This dosent tear or rip like some brands and are very long sturdy rolls that lasts so much longer. I went back to supermarket brands for a few weeks but have come back to Tiboo as its much nicer all round.

Excellent eco products & unbeatable customer service.

The product arrived quickly and on time. I was kept informed about delivery and I'm happy with the hand towels. Thank you.

Love all the products, it is so convenient having the subscription, getting a pack of 42 unbleached rolls lasts almost 3 months for us. I like the unbleached rolls the most, however the wrapped white ones also look great in a bathroom! The bamboo kitchen rolls also last a long time and are strong. Most of all love being assured I have a clean non toxic and eco friendly product. Great service!

The toilet paper is so soft but so strong, the price is reasonable with good delivery service.
This is my first time with this company, so let’s see how long they last 🤞

Excellent prompt service. My goods arrived quickly and were very well packed

Will purchase again. Very pleased and speedy delivery.
