Tiboo Reviews

Handtowels made from sugar cane waste. Good for the environment - white too - it's amazing how many people don't like the brown bamboo towels, just because they're used to white ones

Excellent product. No hassle speedy delivery.
Would highly recommend.

A company that really cares

Not only do I love their approach to environmental issues but the customer service is excellent too.

No unnecessary packaging. No bleaching. Ecology friendly bamboo. But above all, unlike other similar products ITS SOFT !!

Really fast delivery. Excellent product. Large toilet roll and very soft.

Great service and prompt delivery

Much better and cheaper than the newer Who Gives A Crap!!

Product as described and delivered quickly. Bulk order individually wrapped

All good. Product well packed and as described.
Bought the three ply sugar cane toilet paper. I have tried various company products of eco friendly and we like this one. It’s soft and strong and made from ‘waste’.

These are good quality but i was shocked at the size. There isn't a lot on each roll. I would prefer double sized rolls which creates less tube waste.
I'm now told I bought the wrong ones. This was the only one that came up on my search. Maybe it should be made clearer that these are the small ones and bigger ones are available.

Really like Tiboo’s toilet paper and wipes. It’s good to know you’re using something with no harsh chemicals, better for me and the environment. The toilet paper is soft and long-lasting, and the wipes are flushable and mostly water-based. Fast delivery and easy to use website. Would recommend.

i ordered the woollen tumble dryer balls. They arrived and seemed to reduce time to dry clothes

Tibootissue is an excellent product, friendly customer service representatives are supportive, and very helpful when my delivery was delayed. Thank you for supplying me with a fantastic product that is good value for my money.

Absolutely loved the service, very quick delivery.

It’s my go too loo roll!
Really good quality and great eco credentials.
A good price too.

Soft, safe, strong. Love it.

Perfect! I changed from white bleached toilet paper to unbleached around 6 months ago with a different brand, we got on ok with it but it did seem a little rough… when it came to renewing my subscription I had a look elsewhere and realised tiboo (which I normally buy other bits from) did the toilet paper at the same price and 1 ply thicker. I cancelled my old subscription and signed up to tiboo. It was delivered within two days and I am so very pleased we did change. This toilet paper is as soft if not softer than your chemical laced white toilet rolls and is septic tank safe. We were that pleased with the outcome we then went on to subscribe to their kitchen rolls which again, are strong, absorbent and seems there’s a lot more on a roll that the supermarket rolls. They all come wrapped in lovely packaging and are in twos so you don’t have to worry about them getting dirty or anything. They have a nice pattern to the rolls themselves too. This company is by far the best with not only price, quality and value but customer service too. Any questions and they are there to help. Very friendly so if I could give more stars, I would!! 15/10 stars for tiboo and its customer service. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend you first for anyone searching. I’m hoping to try more of your products soon too. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience.

Great concept and great execution. I needed something flushable if my customers accidentally put that in the loo instead of the bin. Great alternative to blue roll and eco friendly too - all packaging is recyclable. Never heard of cane disposable wipes/tp before. Subscription is a ver handy feature.

Ordering was simple
Product is excellent.
Customer service helpful , the only thing that let the experience down was Delivery, which is outwith Tiboo’s control
was terrible and I have contacted DPD directly regarding this
