oh pants ... just got billy Eilish tickets on this site for my kids when other sites couldn't get me any,,,, now really worried after seeing reviews :( ... any advice as to what i can do to make sure i do get the tickets I have paid for on time, I'm thinking calling them 3 weeks before date of show to check all ok ? any other advice ?

Using the Ticket Factory was an unmitigated disaster. First their website did not work on my PC, only on my mobile phone. When the eticket was emailed to me I couldn't print it as it crashed Adobe Reader. The only way I could close the Adobe reader program was to shut down my computer, now my computer won't start up. They have killed my computer so I still can't print the ticket. Have tried phoning them but spent over an hour on hold, which will cost me an arm and a leg. Don't ever use this company -never, never, never!!!

Awful company high telephone charges and huge wait to get tickets. Should not be used by any event!

Ordered Ariana Grande tix for my daughter in October for the following September but 10 days before the concert they still hadn't arrived!! I called them and they told me they had attempted to post them on the 23rd of July by 2nd class post. I told them I didn't believe them and it's a joke sending £300 worth of tickets 2nd class post. They then changed the story to they must of got lost in the post and I will have to pick them up from the box office on the day! Let's see what happens......

Order tickets for Autosport International's next January, the only options were "buy one get one free". I chose two adults and one child (that's all that's going) costing £17 per adult and £10.50 for the child.

All good, then I get an email today threatening cancellation unless I called them. I gave them a call and they wanted to charge an extra £4.50 for the child because I only bought one ticket!!?

Not sure why? I'd paid for one child ticket, that's all I needed. In the end, cancelled all the tickets on principle and got a refund. Either a child ticket costs £10.50 or is it £15?? The booking system said £10.50..

Won't bother with them again.. what a rip-off!

They are worse then Donald Trump. What ever you do do not use this company.

just wasted an hour trying to book tkts for HOYS. Wouldn't let me book as registered (I had booked before ), wouldn't let me register as new, and then timed me out! Tried the forgotten password route error again! For goodness sake why does a prestigious show like the Horse of the Year Show have anything to do with the clowns who run this outfit? The site advises to ring the pay- for line surprise surprise! Not worth even one star. SW

Insensitive handling - Bought tickets as a mothers day present for the Celine Dion Show on 5 July. I knew tickets were non refundable and w had every intention of going. However after buying the tickets some weeks later we found out my grandmother who lives abroad has stage 4 stomach cancer. My mother and I will be flying out to spend the remaining time with her. I contacted ticket factory if an exception could be made, most companies have a human side. I sent the doctors report as proof (I can't imagine anyone would make up such an awful excuse to get a refund), and they said there was nothing they could do.

Bought tickets through Travelzoo
Paid for postage on April 4th never received them by 7th May
Phoned them asked them to send again event on the 10th May
Never received tickets phoned on the 10th told to pick up at
Booking office, tickets arrived yesterday 16th May
Stressful and annoying experience

Ordered tickets in december for the nature valley tennis open in nottingham in june. Had an conformation email straight away and have just received my ticket 2 days after they were posted out .

Whilst I appreciate that there are terms and conditions of all bookings, I was so shocked that despite hearing why I required a change in booking they were unable to accommodate a customer in changing the day of my attendance despite their being an abundance of availability. It’s disappointing and will definitely deter me from booking with them again.

Customer services were gr8 dealt with my enquiry and order really friendly throughout,I was kept updated on my tickets via email,tickets arrived really quickly.The cost of the tickets was a surprise too hardly any difference from booking thru City Hall and the seats they offered were limited viewing,seats thru ticket factory are spot on.Just so glad I didn’t go by all the negative reviews i read,thank you ticket factory.

Worst website I have ever had the misfortune of trying to navigate! Obviously designed by a dyslexic chimpanzee with severe learning difficulties and an extremely twisted sense of humour. Having been timed out once trying to answer all their banal questions and being told entries were missing or incorrect. I have come to the conclusion that the crappy site makes up the rules as it goes along, or throws you off!
Unfortunately this useless outfit is the only way to buy the tickets I needed - unless I paid £2 more per person 'on the gate'
Shall be paying the extra £4 next bloody year

Terrible web site - badly designed and really slow. Hard to use. Captive audience as the only option for the venue/event I wanted.

Would NEVER use by choice.

A link at the bottom of the page seemed to be encouraging me to set up a new Visa Checkout account as a means of payment - but it was just clickbait for them and I couldn't even use Visa Checkout to pay!

Hopeless and I hope I never have to use them again - they clearly don't care as I can now see from all the reviews.

terrible company to do business with. Paid £60 for Strictly tickets as a Christmas present for my beloved and they have failed to deliver the tickets in time with no explanation. I am now issuing Court Proceedings to recover the money and have been totally humiliated not being able to provide the Christmas present. Just crushingly embarrassing, and made to look like a fool. Thank you TicketTwats.

I booked tickets for a concert and was able to select VIP seating, and paid the price displayed. Ticket Factory contacted me a few days later and said there was an error on their site, that I should not have been able to book VIP seating at that price, and if I wanted to stay in those seats I needed to pay an extra £90. If I did not pay the difference within 3 days (or ignored them) they would move me to vastly inferior seats. I emailed to ask why they could do this but they ignored me... I had no option but to pay the difference; they then emailed quoting their Ts&Cs which state that if the displayed price is wrong they can claim the difference - this sh*ts all over standard contract law which is that if you enter into a contract you have to honour it. They are a joke - be warned!

Paid for a ticket on their website, after they took my card details and I clicked "confirm" I was forwarded back to front page, no confirmation about the tickets, no email. I don't know if I have been charged or if I have to buy a new ticket. Absolutely rubbish website.

They sent me incorrect tickets. So when I called them and was held in a queue for a long time, they didn't reimburse me for a mistake they made. They kept making me go back and forth with Ticketmaster and blaming them. Spineless people. I have spent over hundreds of pounds on tickets for events but not anymore. Will not use this horrible company and will pass on the bad service received to others to deter them from this company!!!!!

Booked front row tickets for Cirque Du Soleil and have received an email today to say they are no longer valid and moved to three rows back !! Not happy

was waiting for tickets for Eric Clapton on july 8TH. Contacted the company with 5days to o and was told the tickets wee sent out on the 11th june. they have a tracking website which is a complete waste of time which said we are getting your tickets ready. now the site says dispatched and tickets were delivered on the 30th may. i think they just make it up as they go along. Do not deal with these people .
