Good communication, easy process highly recommend!

Amazing experience from start to finish , hardly no waiting times went straight into wembly.

I would definitely use Ticketport again very pleased with the way we were dealt with.
Kept up to date with the purchase of the tickets, easy to print and to use when we got to Wembley.
Have not got a bad word to say, would definitely recommend using Ticketport and would not hesitate to use them again.

Getting the ticket from ticketport is absolutely easy. Very reliable, the tickets arrived a week before the concert. Before that, I was getting worried so I emailed them to which they promptly replied. The ticket went straight to my inbox. I had no problem printing them out. The whole process of the ticketting is all good.
However, the seats that we’ve had were too far. I checked on other websites, with the same amount that I paid for my ticket I would have gotten a nearer seat. Due to that, I have rated them 4 star. Though this is not totally their fault since they are only a company that resale the tickets from other vendors. So, I would be very careful in checking seating when getting the tickets.
All in all, the concerts was good and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Ticketport.

We bought fab club Wembley tickets from Ticketport for Coldplay. Great seats, great customer service after we were dropped in by another company. We will definitely use Ticketport before other companies in the future. Thanks for a great night !! X

Omg, what can I say!!! I was checking the tickets for COLDPLAY for weeks and weeks, and I still can't believe how lucky I was to get these tickets!!! We were literally sitting in row 8, right in the middle, first seating area from standing part!! Thank.you 🥳🥳

So pleasantly surprised by how new they are on the market but how good and on board. I emailed them as soon as I purchased tickets to express my concerns as to whether they will arrive and I got an answer straight away with reassurance. They kept me up to date before the event and the information on their website is so useful. It explains their registration, regulation etc. could not recommend more !

Enjoyed the experience & concert But it was right at back on level.4 ,although I slightly suffer from Asmtha I wasn't effected by the climb to 4th level.but i.would imagine if you wree or had respiratory conditions then this would badly effect you , which there was no.warning on ticket or indeed In the stadium but other than thst everything was fine

I got two last minute tickets to a sold out concert in London, paid and received the email tickets the next day. There were no problems printing the tickets and they were accepted immediately at the event. I was slightly worried about them but they were amazing, TicketPort delivered throughout and I had a great time! Will definitely use this service again.

I ordered two tickets on ticketport last Sunday after unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel them yesterday.. after looking at the T and C,s I realised that there was no obligation for a refund. But after contacting ticketport they were very helpful and agreed a refund which they were not obligated to do. Very impressed the service I received and will definitely use this company again 10 out of 10 for customer service 👍

I purchased tickets for a popular sold-out gig and was lucky to get such great seats, in fact the guys at Ticketport worked with the seller to source even better ticket options a few days before the gig, which was awesome. Despite my anxiety over not having physical (real, old-fashioned paper) tickets and having to wait until two days before the gig for the e-tickets to be issued by the venue, they arrived via email as promised - not only that, but the support from Ticketport was great in reassuring me around this aspect - and everything was exactly as they stated. I was so pleased with their good customer service. We had zero issues on entry at the gig and it was an unforgettable night. Thanks, Ticketport :-)

We purchased tickets for Adele at the BST Hyde Park and the whole transaction from initial communication, purchase and through to the supply of the tickets (via phone app) was really smooth, on time and reassuring. Communication prior to the event was reassuring. We had checked reviews of ticket bought before purchasing tickets for the concert. We had a little wobble at the venue, just before we scanned the printed tickets, however they scanned absolutely fine and there was no issue. The only criticism I would make is that the ticket cost was considerably higher than the face value of the ticket however it was worth every penny just to see my daughters face!! Thank you for a great transaction

I purchased tickets with TicketPort to go to see Harry Styles in Wembley. I won’t lie I was anxious at first using the company because I never have before and you hear some horror stories online about re-sale tickets. I was honestly so happy with the customer service I was provided with by the company. If I had a question they would respond to my email normally within a few hours and they were really great at re-assuring me that everything was being handled with my tickets in the lead up to the concert. I had no issues with receiving or using my tickets at the venue so I cannot rate TicketPort highly enough. I’m really grateful for all of your help with getting me these tickets- I had the best time at the concert! I will definitely be using you in the future!
