Excellent service! got notified tickets were available. Booked and paid and within a few days received them in the post. Nice and smooth!

I have never used TicketPort before. Most of the time I was using Ticketmaster so even on the day of purchase I wasn't too convinced if it's safe. But everything went nice and easy. I received my e-tickets approx. 3 weeks before the event. TicketPort kept me updated about the event's time and date and gave me an opportunity to buy tickets when I couldn't find them else where 👍

Awesome service, was sketchy to start with as most are with these ticket sales websites that aren't the normal, but ticketport delivered tickets on time, and had no issues at the venue (OVO HYDRO, GLASGOW).

just got to say the customer service was second to none you helped me with all my needs to insure that we as a family had a fabulous time . I was taken ill after ordering the tickets and after me sending a email explaining my mobility problem you got us the best seats in the home ..my son had the best birthday thanks to you thank you so much .. highly recommended by me x

Fabulous service from TicketPort. Original dates were postponed to a date that we could not make. Ticket port changed the tickets to a date we could make at no extra cost. The customer service was absolutely fantastic from start to end, I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you so much for such a fabulous service!

Easy ordering. TicketPort kept in touch and tickets were received via email well before 30th July. Clear information regarding the venue. Excellent seats. I would definitely use TicketPort again.

Really was skeptical and worried about using this service because I had never heard of it before and all the ticket prices were cheaper on this site than any other. Plus I have never ordered tickets from anywhere before. However, I had nothing to worry about. Tickets came in a timely manner, the service was great, so much helpful information provided about the venue and other things. They did everything they promised to do. Will DEFINITELY be using again. The concert and the seats were amazing. Perfect spot if you ask me!

Purchased tickets for Coldplay in Glasgow. Tickets came promptly when I was advised they would come. Had no problems at all. A very pleasant experience. Will definitely use again.

Unfortunately a last minute issue ment we couldn’t go to Coldplay so I contacted TicketPort to see if there would be any comeback on my tickets & they came back to me very quickly to say they would certainly try to re sell if I didn’t manage to , fortunately I did but it was very reassuring to know the option was there 😊👍..

Easy to use website, we were advised of rearranged concert date straight away tickets arrived in good time also with event details etc.

Bought the tickets very quickly - I got slightly concerned when I hadn’t received them (still within their recommended time period) - emailed them - within 1 minute after my email I had a response, followed up by the tickets 1 minute after

Cant recommend them enough! I was so worried buying from a reseller but i was desperate to get coldplay tickets! Brought them emailed them so many times they were so helpful and even sent a voucher to give my boyfriend until the tickets came! Tickets came worked perfectly and were great seats for price! Will use again and have reccomend to family.

This was my first experience of using a 3rd party ticket site and I was apprehensive, but having seen the reviews on here I was reassured. Was still a bit nervous as tickets didn't come through until 3 days before the event. Ticketport had said that this might be the case and updated me but nonetheless was relieved when they finally came through! I'm very grateful that I managed to get tickets for Coldplay and thank Ticketport for facilitating this, however I still don't think it's right that fans have to pay way more than the face value of the ticket (which I did). However, sadly this seems to be the way things are and Ticketport are only selling for what their reseller wants for the ticket I presume. I would definitely use them again and in this world of dodgy ticket sites they can definitely be trusted.

Immediate confirmation email on purchase + tickets were emailed the week before concert.
All good & would certainly use Ticketport again.
