Ticket Port fees are too high. At face value the tickets should have cost £67.50, but was charged £105 per ticket. Ridiculous mark up price. Not impressed.

Superb customer service, probably one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Super helpful, quick replies and will 100% use them again to buy tickets in future! Highly recommend.

Tickets only arrived on the Thursday but we were kept informed of the reason for delay and when it would be resolved although you could improve this by notifying people two weeks before. I had to contact you before I got information as I am sure others did, adding to your workload . You would save yourselves extra work if you routinely notifies people 14 days pre event there was going to be a delay sending out tickets and what you were doing to resolve this. Otherwise, everything fine and in fact you upgraded me at no extra cost and I had a brilliant view. Should really have rated you 3.5 not 3!

Fantastic service. This was the first time I was using TicketPort and I was a bit worried when my tickets didn't arrive straight after order but the customer service was very good, responsive and reassuring. I received tickets around 1.5 weeks before the event whcih looked like simple QR codes. The event took place yesterday (Ricky Gervais at O2) and everything went smooth. No issues. Will definitely be using again. Thank you!

When I booked the ticket it was so easy , I did get worried when it got close to the date and I still had no ticket, but you sent emails reassuring me at all times

Bought Peter Kay tickets on Thursday 1st December for Friday 2nd December. Received confirmation email straight away at 11:52 and received the E-tickets at 13:46. Very quick and easy to use. Also receeived an Important Event Information email which was useful.

Great communication and fast ticket delivery via email. Everything went smoothly at the venue and tickets got us in. I will definitely be using ticketport in the future if tickets are sold out.

Buying process was easy with no hidden fees. Confirmations were received in good time and the contact centre answered a query almost immediately. No problems with the tickets on the day. Whilst I’d rather not have to use sites like this to buy a ticket on resale a couple of hours after they were all sold out, but as it seems that’s the way of the world then this site/company seems to be a good one to use.

I had an unfortunate events happen which means I could not attend, ticketport respond via email straight away said they would message me back by end of the day with a response and have gave me a full refund. I will be using again in the near future

Best customer service ever.. recently purchased tickets as a gift my son, unfortunately he will be away on the date, I emailed ticketport explaining the situation they responded the same day and arranged a refund. A brilliant customer service.. I have no hesitation recommending this site.

Absolute excellent customer service from this understanding and cooperative company.
Bought some very expensive tickets in error, and they went out of their way, at the weekend, to contact the seller and negotiate a refund. They didn’t even charge me the admin fee for the cancellation.

Although a bit dubious as we had never bought tickets in this way, we were delighted when the tickets were emailed to us, we had to put them on our mobiles and gained entry ( by them scanning our phones) without any problems! Couldn't be happier. A stonking gig so we are so glad to have managed to purchase these tickets!

I was honestly so concerned when using ticketport for the first time,I must say they have been amazing from start to finish! I raised my concerns before the concert and they instantly responded, and completely reassured me! I can't pick one fault, everything was completely smooth sailing. I would absolutely use ticketport again.

As a massive skeptic and worry of not experiencing my favourite artist, on receiving my ticket as a snapshot - you could imagine my stress that I was in for a potential scam however, after contacting the support team their guidance, transparency and tangible reassurance eased my concerns - and honestly were key in making what was one of the best performances I’ve ever been to.
