Bought tickets for The Weekend for my 2 daughters to go see. Amazing tickets. Delivery of tickets about a week before event. TicketPort was easy to deal with and tickets easy to download. Highly recommend them.

The tickets were booked many months before the event but the information was clear what would happen leading up to the event & when the tickets would be available. When this time came around the instructions were clear & straight forward on how the download the ticket & use that at the event.

Kept informed. Tickets arrived on time. All good.
Obviously price was high but I knew that when I bought them.

I bought a ticket for a show in November but my friend surprised me with the same ticket!
I got in touch with customer service about arranging a refund and I had a response and a refund within 24 hours of my first email!!

Excellent customer service. After purchasing Blur tickets for the warm up show in Wolverhampton, there was a issue with the promoter axs releasing the tickets. Ticketport kept me updated and once they realised there was a problem, they offered a full refund or a straight trasfer for gold circle tickets for Blur at Wembley which weremuch more expensive. I have just received the tickets and I am so happy.

Absolutely amazing company! We wanted tickets for Pink and found tickets through ticketport. I couldn't find much information about the company online, so was half expecting the worst, but the opposite is true! They respond quickly to any questions, reassure you along the way, give you updates regularly and are generally very very good! If you have doubts about using this company, don't!

I went to see Beyonce's concert in Edinburgh. It was my birthday gift. The event was great. The tickets have been booked fast and secure by TicketPort. And have been delivered on time. I can recommend TicketPort service to anyone.

I hadn't heard of this company before but I was looking for Pink tickets so I thought I would give them a try (they had good reviews on-line). I wasn't disappointed. They were efficient from start to finish. I was kept informed of my ticket order and advised when they had arrived - in plenty of time to print before the concert

Ordered Pink tickets less than 24 hours before the concert. Had Ticketmaster confirmation by 11am next day.
Was worried about a less known site but all worked ok.
Could do with a phone number for urgent enquiries.

I was quite nervous about parting with money and hoping for the best. What makes me more nervous is when you cannot easily contact companies by phone. I ordered tickets and emailed Ticket Port as the date of the event got closer. Ticket Port did respond quickly, they reassured me and the tickets came through as promised. I would certainly use Ticket Port again I cant fault the service I received.
