I really wouldn't buy from tidalravesports.com as their service is absolutely rubbish. No one is answering the phone, and after 30 minutes, it hangs up. I have emailed, and they haven't replied at all. I have messaged them on Instagram, and they take over a week to reply. All I want to do is return my product due to it not arriving on time, as they state they do next-day delivery! They have sent me the address but not explained which company to use to send it back as I shouldn't have to pay for this!!

Absolutely fed up and running out of time to send back as you only have 30 days!!

I really wanted to love this paddleboard because the design looks fantastic and it performs well on the water. It's stable, easy to paddle, and gives confidence whether you're a beginner or a more experienced paddler.
Unfortunately, my experience with the quality has been disappointing. After only a few uses, I noticed hairline cracks appearing in the acrylic finish when the board was inflated. While these appear to be cosmetic rather than structural, they are not something I would expect to see on a relatively new board.
I have also had issues with the accessories. The metal clasp on the board's carry strap snapped while carrying the inflated board as intended, and the clasp on the kayak seat has also caused problems. These issues have left me questioning the overall quality and durability of the product.
My biggest disappointment has been the customer service. Communication has been slow, and it has been difficult to get timely responses regarding the problems I've experienced. When customers invest a significant amount of money in a paddleboard, they need confidence that any issues will be dealt with quickly and professionally.
It's a shame because the board itself looks great and is enjoyable to use on the water. However, based on my experience with the quality issues and after-sales support, I cannot currently recommend it without reservations.

Bad customer service- only sent an automated reply to my multiple emails and enquiries, will say next day shipping but took 6 days, sold paddle boards they didn't have in stock and then had to back order- even though this wasn't stated online. Causing further delays, and then still only sent for standard delivery after they were already late due to incompetence and bad stock control.
Paddle board arrives with a scuff and marks on it.
Still waiting for a reply to 3 emails.

Shocking customer service and frustrating delivery service. Would have thought twice about my purchase if I’d have known how poor both aspects really were.

Next day delivery: Try 10 days!!!

Customer service: Held in a queue for over half an hour only to be greeted by an answering service telling you to submit your query by email (Answered four days later with an automated response, shocking!! )

Absolutely terrible! Still waiting for a board I ordered in the middle of may . Rung almost everyday only to get cut off after 40 minutes . Sent over 20 emails and with no response. If there that busy then employ extra staff and stop making excuses. Even though the product is good I don’t have it but they have my money . Avoid at all cost

Just a further update regarding our Board that burst when 11 momths old. No further response to email, phone calls or Facebook message.

Im going to move on and get another board from elsewhere.

As said before problems will happen but Tidal Rave do not seem interested or able to sort them.out. Its really rare I leave poor reviews but please be careful if consisering ordering.

12th June just by way of update I did finally get a response by using FB messenger. However they are not going to replace the board after examining the photos as put board bursting down to poor storage or being left in direct sunlight. Neither of those I accept. Life is too short so I'm moving on and going elsewhere for a new one.

I took the paddleboard my partner bought me from you guys last year, out on the river today and it had gotten a hole in the seam.. I have tried to use the repair kit given when I bought the board but as it’s still under warranty and under a year old and the hole is in the seam, I was wondering if I could get it replaced? If so, how do I go about doing this?

I have not heard back from customer service even thought I have chased them three times, I’ve even tried to call and have waited in a queue for 40 minutes before being hung up on…

Tidal rave Paddle board been on it couple of times and its got a leak in the seam. Tidal rave won’t reply to us at all… for pics and videos sent over been on the phone. Company dissolved in 2023 we bought in 2025. Shocking we have other cheaper boards that have never done this.

Baught a ice bath not set it up yet as its for my daughters birthday but love the design was worried at first when said next day delivery waited a few days but it came thankyou so far so good .

Late delivery, wrong items delivered. No response by email or phone, shocking company! Having to go though my credit card company to get my money back.

Purchased a board and life jacket total £300 . Goods were shipped by DX express . I got a tracking link on the day of the delivery . DX said items delivered however never came to my property . Tried to ring up Tidal which proved to be impossible . Emailed there support department 6 times and got zero Responce. Shocking customer service and now I find myself £300 out of pocket .

The board looks amazing and feels good quality (I haven’t taken it on the water yet). But the delivery was really bad ment to be next day but took 4days and customer service was awful didn’t answer there phone just left you on hold for 30 minutes then told you to send an email and cut you off. They didn’t even reply to the email.

Haven’t received my order. Despite emails asking where it is I haven’t received any communication. Supposed to be next day delivery. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. If they can’t fulfil the orders they shouldn’t offer next day delivery. To be sent and asked to do a trust pilot review is very annoying.

I purchased a vest from Tidal Rave, and while payment was taken immediately, my order has been marked as "out for delivery" since last Thursday with no sign of it arriving.
I've tried contacting customer service multiple times by email and received no response. I also called their customer service number, was left on hold for over 30 minutes, and then the call was disconnected. Further attempts to get through by phone have been unsuccessful.
After looking through other one-star reviews, it appears that many customers have experienced similar issues with delayed orders and a lack of customer support. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.

I have been trying to contact Tidalravesports regarding my order that I placed Online. I processed the order and they took my CC payment. I did not receive a confirmation email but they kept slamming me with ads and emails stating my basket is empty and would I like to keep shopping. I went online to send them an email regarding my payment and lack of an order. I have not heard back from them. I decided to call them today and was on hold for 30min and finally was 10 mins in No 1 positions. At exactly 30 min the message said they would call me back within 48 hrs and hung up the phone.
I find it very frustrating that they have had my money for over a week with no communication from them.
I also see that they have now sold out of all their boards except for one style.
I find this unaccceptable and would like to have a full refund to I can purchase a paddle board from someone else.

just an issue with delivery. wasnt next day as advertised. items delivered in 2 packages a couple of days apart.

but really happy with the products now i have them both.

Ordered two life jackets from them so my wife and daughter could be matching. Only one has arrived. 4 emails, multiple messages on instagram and still no response. Currently on hold to there customer service and have been for 15mins and still in same que position. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely shocking !!! Do not buy
My paddle board arrived a day late, pumped it up for my daughter’s birthday to find it has a leaky valve, took ages to get hold of them, was told to send an email with pictures they would sort immediately that was Tuesday! Since Tuesday I have had no email response and after many attempts calling and getting cut off nothing.
So they now have my money and I’m left with a board my daughter can not use.
Extremely bad customer service

This company advertises next day delivery service when you purchase their product doesn’t come for at least a week!! Not only do they not inform you of this you cannot contact them they have a phone number that you ring you get put in a queue and left for 30 minutes then they have a pre recorded message telling you email us and we will respond in 48hrs and then they hang up! So you email 48hrs later no response message them on Facebook same message no response message on instagram again same message no response they have zero customer care support so not only will you not get your board the next day god forbid you have any issues with it for any reason you ain’t getting any help I would highly recommend people DO NOT BUY FROM RAVE buy elsewhere Aquaplanet, Beachbum absolute incredible paddle board supplers with fast and reliable customer support and Next day delivery as promised. Shame on your Tidal Rave!!!

Tidal Rave Sports have some beautiful products and a wide range to choose from However…. I chose a plunge pool on their website that showed that it was in stock and placed an order. Their website showed that it was next day delivery, I ordered on bank holiday Monday, so expected that nothing would happen until Tuesday.

It is now Friday and I have nothing, I have attempted to phone and been hung up on. I have emailed twice now and been given vague responses that tell me nothing about my order. The second email informed me that I had chosen to cancel my order, I did no such thing.

All I want is Customer Service to get a grip and simply tell me about my order as I can’t seem to get a straight answer. Customer Service is terrible here and I feel mugged off by them. I will have to wait and see what happens. I’m not happy one bit!
