I placed an order as well on the 5 November, I'm still waiting...I have mailed them numerous times, they don't just get back to you....I think that's so disrespectful but they quick to reply to positive feed back. Very disappointed

I ordered my air fryer a few weeks ago. Order confirmed 3098. As to date no response. No email confirming as promised. I an very disgusted !!!!

I got home just before 6pm lastnight and I had to prepare my chicken and ribs I then put it in my airfryer. We had supper at 6:40 and my chicken and ribs was perfectly cooked. and the recipes is easy

I will recommend the Tidee airfryer to anyone wanting to purchase one, its so affordable. It is super easy to use and clean up is a breeze. I've cooked whole chicken with potatoes and even baked cupcakes, and have yet to be disappointed by this cute little machine, i am definitely considering buying a second one, very satisfied customer:)

Received my air fryer from Tidee and am so happy with it. I now know what everyone was raving about. No oil thing is fabulous. A must for everyone.

I ordered my Tidee and received it in 2 weeks. The one I got was a bit faulty, I reported it and it was replaced with a new one in less than a week. The airfryer works perfectly. It is so easy for the kids to use and to make themselves food. I'm very happy.

We were one of Tidee's first few customers who ordered . Yes a new brand and distribution comes with hick ups. So we waited patiently with regular updates from Matt about the progress of the inital distribution. But we did get our airfryer after a long wait but it was worth the wait. Matt assured us that this is not a scam and we received our airfryer and loving using it everyday. If you have ordered your airfryer from their second batch and delivery is scheduled for month or two later than usual be patient they are definitely coming and worth it.

From start to finish, my purchasing experiencing with Tidee has been seamless and smooth, with excellent communication and prompt responses to any query or request for updates. I ordered an air fryer back in April from Tidee. It took a good long while to get to me (around 6 months) but I am so glad I waited it out and had it delivered because I am so in love with it. So easy to use and works incredibly well.
The delays in delivery were because of various reasons from legalities on the companies side in setting up this new business, to Covid 19 related issues in getting stock from overseas etc. In saying that, communication from Matt, the founder of Tidee, has been excellent and he offered a refund throughout the whole process but as I said, I chose to wait it out. I’m a great supporter of entrepreneurs and people starting small businesses. Matt is honest and never hesitates to respond to emails or comments on Facebook. Please support Tidee.

Best purchase I have ever made , My family is enjoying every meal that I cook thanks to my Tidee Airfryer , I struggled to cook before but the Tidee air fryer has made my cooking life so much more simple and enjoyable.

Ordered a fancy red Tidee, received it pretty quickly and i love it. Ive cooked a full chicken, chips and steak and they were all delicious.
