I have ordered 2 Air fryers and paid for them.
One black one and one red one some 2 months ago.
To date I have not received them.
I have sent you several emails requesting when they will be delivered, but no satisfactory answer has been received.
I am starting to think that you are running a scam.
Prove me wrong and communicate with me as any reputable company would do.

Did not receive our product yet and asked for a refund. No one answered my emails.

Worst ever service received from any online company! Misleading information given when making a purchase. I have never before had to wait over 2 months to get an item I have ordered and payed for, AND I still have not yet received anything!!!

Still waiting for my order..no one come back

I placed an order in November did not receive with no response from my emails I had to search Facebook read comments of other's to finally get a refund terrible should be informed before purchasing

It looks like Tidee is fraudster after purchasing the Air fryer without delivery over 3 months now I have send emails know one is replying me I wish I can get my money back

Ordered and paid for my air fryer October 2021 and still not received my fryer.

I'm not a happy bunny, ordered my Tidee in October and paid in full, still no sign of it and no explanation or apologies for the delay. Is this a scam?

So far the expirience hasnt been good. Waiting for jnuary 2022 to see if they make me change my review

My Order after 2 months still has not arrived yet

I THINK THIS IS A SCAM. Ordered an airfryer on Black Friday. No delivery. E

I'm still waiting for my airfryer for delivering and it is now already a month. So this is big Scam.

I ordered on November 10th, and emailed immediately to change the postal code on the delivery address as I realized I made a mistake. Matt, the owner replied and assisted me almost immediately.
However, I emailed them again on the 29th of November only to get an automatic response to say that they have "migrated over to a new customer service desk management system" and that they will respond within 48hours. Since then I have not heard back from them again. My last email was on the 9th of December.

I know someone who has received their products and are very happy with it. I however, am not too pleased with this lack of communication. I suspect that I have thrown my money into the abyss.

If I do get a reply from customer service, I will update this post. Until then, I cannot give my recommendation.

Iordered and paid for an Air fryer and after I was informed by shipping that it was on its way and I reminded Tidee that I never received my item without any explanation I received an e-mail informing me that there wil lbe a refund.
i got the refund but no reason for the non delivery ??? I was looking forward and excited to receiving the Air Fryer
