Pathetic. I ordered my airfryer end October/early November.
To date i have not received the product nor refund if you no longer have it.

No one has bothered to update me despite a follow up query I sent a month and a half after placing my order.

I purchased my airfryer early November and emails to confirm when I can expect delivery goes unanswered.

2 months no communication have already purchased elsewhere

I was very upset in the first place, but thanks for communicating and explain yourself about my product, can wait to get and use it.

Didn’t receive my airfryer yet. It’s been almost 3 months now.

The order backlog was not communicated timeously. It's frustrating to wait for something while no update. I am patiently awaiting the order as advertised.

I ordered my airfryer on the 2nd of November 2021. Up until today I haven't received my airfryer.

A scam... Never received the product and no way to contact the company... Stay away

Purchase not delivered.
Since my purchase od the Airfryer which im still awaiting since beginning Nov!!..I've had tocsend messages/emails for updates which has been almost non existent!!..

Communication and service delivery very poor. Not the greatest idea to survey service delivery when your client is still waiting for delivery of the product you are marketing.

I purchased a Airfryer beginning of November 2021 and up to now l have not received it. I then requested for a refund in December and still have not received my money back. The service is poor

You guys did absolutely horrible to put it lightly! Made my order on the 1st of November, with the hopes of at least being able to gift as a christmas present. It is now 2 months later and I still don't have it. At this point it won't even make it in time to be a birthday gift. YOU DO NOT PROMOTE AND SELL A PRODUCT TO PEOPLE WHEN THERE IS A MASSIVE BACKLOG OR DELAY IN PROCEDURE WITHOUT EXPLICITLY WARNING THE CUSTOMER OF THE SITUATION BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY MAKE A PAYMENT FOR SAID PRODUCT!!!!! The only party to benefit from this unprofessional behaviour is you, and the client is left standing in the dirt. That is no way to run any business and 500% assures that customer would never return to you.

Still waiting for the product the months after ordering. No updates on progress.

You don't deserve any stars. I ordered early November, got promised that I will get it by mid December with a free book. Still waiting. Scam?
