I also ordered 2 Tidees on 26 November 2021. After many ups and downs nothing is happening. Yes your day will come Matt, I am disgusted that you take peoples money and not fullfill an order. You even sent an updated email to my address saying. "We are so happy that you stuck with us. We have received a batch of Tidee airfryers and will send you a tracking number within 5 days." THAT WAS IN APRIL 2022. MATT IT IS JUNE ALREADY . Do you know how the months work

I Have ordered a Airfryer in December and obviously paid for it, needles to say 6 Months later NO airfryer, they don't answer mails and there is NO person to speak to.

Tidee is a scam,their website does not exist anymore and no communication

I have NOT received my order from October 2021, it's June 2022. Some kind of response would be appreciated?? but nothing and I cannot track my order as the website says the email does not exist.

Tidee is a scam they don't reply to any emails I have ordered and paid in November 2021 and have received nothing this is not acceptable something should be done about this company

Like so many people...I have also been scammed by this company. When I go onto Tidee.co.za it says track my order. I did that and it shows that the boat with our airfryers are nearing Durban Harbour. Well that boat has been nearing Durban Harbour for the past 2 weeks!!! I am so upset because I really liked the look of the airfryer. I have given up ever receiving my airfryer or my money. A total scam!!!

Sooo disgusted that these humans actually scam poor people, I saved up for my airfryer and purchased it online in September, still awaiting, email was sent in Feb to expect delivery, but that was just to shut us up, your day in hell will vome😭😣

I ordered (Order number 4774B2) an air fryer in October 2021 and Matt (TIDEE) continually made excuses regarding shipping delays, poor communication and lack of staff.
I accepted this as I do understand how difficult it is when it is a fledgling business!
However, the last communication from Tidee promised me that a shipment had arrived at start of April 2022 and that orders will be delivered shortly thereafter.
It is now end May and nothing has arrived at my doorstep and on top of that MATT /Tidee have chosen to ignore my numerous email follow ups!!

This is a WARNING TO OTHERS NOT TO BUY this product.
MATT and TIDEE are one big SCAM!

He, Matt professes to be put on this planet as an astute businessman, but he is nothing but a DISGUSTING SCAMMER!!!

Helo it is all empty promises for 6 months,im still waiting for my air fryer,what is going on,or ate your company also one of those scams,cant believe it took so long.

One star is for the effort of placing a bogus ad.
Placed my order in December for 2 air fryers.
Scam in understatement. But i will get my money back and they will be brought to book. i have written to carte blanche and opened a case.
i will also be getting a private investigator
what the space...... could be fun

I tried contacting them via emai to no avail. Order was placed in November.

I ordered my airfryer at the beginning of December 2021 and after plenty emails and Facebook messages back and forth it is now 11th April and still no airfryer. Someone from the consumer protection council needs to shut these people down before hundreds more lose their money. Disgusting!

I copied the text as it is exactly my experience and reflects the same facts as mine. I also wish that I could give less than 1 star. The lack of communication and response is horrendous. I have been waiting since October 2021 for the TWO air fryers that I ordered. This is a massive scam, there is no contact number and on the rare occasion that they respond to your queries, it is the same automated response. I am seriously not impressed and it was literally R2000 down the drain. How are these people getting away with this scam? I think we should take this to Carte Blanche, this matter needs to be brought to task! it's just FALSE promise after false promise.

A total scam. Same story. ordered 2 fryers October and at first got responses with excuses. Now nothing. I want my money back. The 1 star I had to give is more that Matt deserves. I'm a pensioner and saved to give this to my children for Christmas. have learnt qa lesson not to trust any online offers.

Emails are bouncing back. I would like a refund but there is no way to get in touch with the guy Matt @ Tidee,he also never supplies a surname.

Very bad service, ordered and paid in October 2021 after numerous emails, they went silent not responding to any communication. They scammed us good !!
My first internet purchase and never again.
At least give us our money back.

My order #8340B2 from 26 November 2021 is not delivered till now, 3 May 2022. From December I received sweet explanation with motivation of delay. In March 2022 message was confirming stock arrival and info that in 3rd week of April delivery is secured. Recent emails, latest requesting refund are not responded too. It was my first use of online purchase. Thank to this shameless experience I will never use any service from individual agents and secure to spread this experience as far as possible.

Ordered and paid for in October 2021... Still waiting for delivery. Absolutely disgusting Matt. Difficult to get any response, promised delivery in first week of April, still nothing. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered and paid for my airfryer in November last year. Still waiting for my airfryer! I received an email end March apologizing for the delay and that my airfryer would arrived in the first 2 weeks of April. It is now May and I have sent 3 emails asking where my airfryer is and no reply! I am over Tidee!!! I would like my money back!!
