They don't reply to emails or requests for samples. It's like they don't exist. If this is the start, I imagine the aftermath is the same as the other negative reviews. I'm glad I saw these reviews.

Hello Janet, We are sorry to hear about your tile order. We can't find any reporting of this issue so was unable to help rectify it. If we was told about it we would have offered the correct tiles to be sent out asap after receiving photos showing the tiles you have received.

Easy to order tiles
Easy to order tiles. First time ordering and no problems. Tile was exactly what I wanted. Very impressed with delivery and tiles arrived in good condition, only 1 broken which I think is fantastic.

No point in so securely wrapping up such appalling quality tiles
The tiles were incredibly well wrapped, but considering the utterly appalling quality there wasn’t a lot of point in having such secure packaging. Hardly any time given to return the items (48 hrs) if faulty. Very convenient! An enormous hassle to get them delivered - the time window was 10/12 hrs. No opportunity to let the delivery company know where to leave the parcel. As it was such a hassle to get them delivered, I did not feel inclined to package up the 22 tiles that were unusable and return them, especially as they weighed 18 kg and I would have to carry the tiles down 43 steps.

Hello Louise, we are sorry you did not like your tiles. We do state damages need to be reported within 48 hours but our returns policy is 14 days after being received. You are correct that delivery companies are not able to leave items without a signature, this is to make sure they order is received in good condition. We do offer a free sample service so customers can view the tiles first to make sure they are happy with the colour, finish and quality before placing an order

Excellent service
The sample tile took a while to come but once I’d confirmed an order they were very swift. 4 tiles were damaged but I emailed immediately with photos and they were replaced within2 days. Excellent product and service
