Beautiful colourful excellent Moroccan style quality tiles
Beautiful tiles and exactly what we wanted
Downside - delivery costs
We would've ordered triple what we did as wanted them for a few places but the delivery costs were more than all the tiles together and there was no budge on that when I contacted customer services

Hi Cat,
Thank you for your review. We're really pleased to hear you love your tiles and that they were exactly what you were looking for.
We understand your comments regarding delivery costs. As tiles are heavy and fragile, courier charges are based on the weight and handling requirements of each order. We pass these costs on without adding any additional margin, which unfortunately means there is limited flexibility on delivery pricing.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you're delighted with the finished result.
Many thanks,
Artisan Tile Company
Had a okay experience with artisan…
Had a okay experience with artisan tiles. Easy ordering and delivery was on time. However, as they recommend on the site, please don’t order without getting a sample first. I had no idea they used AI images to style some of their tiles, and as such I have received tiles which are not going to look anything like the picture on the website. Much darker than expected. Delivery is also extremely pricey, I do appreciate that this is dictated by the couriers rather than the company, but it doesn’t sting any less when you do a couple of orders. Don’t make my mistakes- get a sample.

Hi Kirsty,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're pleased to hear that you found the ordering process straightforward and that your delivery arrived on time, although we're sorry to hear that the tiles weren't quite what you expected.
We would like to take this opportunity to explain how our product imagery is created. Our website currently features a combination of studio photography, manufacturer-supplied imagery, CGI room settings and photographs of real customer projects.
We understand how important it is to accurately represent our tiles, which is why we've invested in a dedicated in-house team who create our CGI room settings using professional 3D modelling software. This involves physically scanning and photographing the tiles before carefully recreating them digitally and applying them to realistic room environments. Each image goes through a detailed process to ensure the tiles are represented as accurately as possible.
We're continuing to expand this imagery across our entire catalogue, with the aim of combining realistic room settings, individual tile photography and genuine customer project images to give customers a clearer idea of how our tiles could look in their own homes.
However, even with these measures in place, screen settings, lighting conditions and surrounding colours can all influence how a tile appears. Our individual tile photography is also taken under bright studio lighting, which may make some tiles appear lighter than they would in other environments.
For this reason, we always recommend ordering a sample before making a purchase, allowing customers to see the actual colour, finish and texture of a tile in their own space.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding delivery costs. You're correct that these costs are largely dictated by delivery companies, but we understand that they can be frustrating, particularly when placing multiple orders.
We're sorry that the tiles weren't as you had envisioned, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Kind regards,
The Artisan Tile Company Team

Well wrapped
Had already ordered a sample, so knew what I should be getting. Apprehensive about getting 30cm pencil tiles safely delivered. Order arrived, time as advised, in a somewhat beaten up box, but adequate bubble wrap had done it's job. Tiles match sample and now ready for fixing in place.

Bad delivery
Everything to do with finding the perfect tiles and purchasing was great. However when they were delivered I put a note for the delivery driver ' if no one in please can they be left through the side gate', they were left on the front doorstep in full view and there was someone in. On the delivery website it said left in garage. Luckily they were still there when I went to the door later that day.

Hi Gail,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased to hear you had a positive experience finding and purchasing your tiles, although we're sorry you weren't happy with the delivery.
We've checked the order and unfortunately there were no delivery notes attached to it, which is how any specific delivery instructions are passed on to the courier. As outlined in our delivery terms and conditions, when we use an external delivery partner, their drivers must also follow their own company policies regarding where they are permitted to leave goods on a customer's property.
For this reason, we recommend that someone is available at the property on the scheduled delivery day wherever possible, as this is the best way to ensure the order is received safely.
We're glad to hear your tiles themselves were just what you were looking for, and we hope everything goes smoothly with your project.
Many thanks,
Artisan Tile Company
offering is excellent, shipping costs not so great
offering is excellent, Shipping is not really related to the size/weight of the order, and seems quite expensive compared to other orders for tiles made in the last 3 months. whilst the tiles are well wrapped, and good quality - paying nearly the same for shipping as I did for the tiles felt like a way for you to make more profit - especially as a quote I got for the weight of tiles was 50% of the price from DPD

Hi Vicki,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the tiles and our product range.
We understand your concerns regarding the delivery charge and would like to reassure you that we do not make any profit at all on our deliveries. As we hold accounts with our delivery companies, we are charged standard rates based on the delivery service required. When our website calculates the shipping cost at checkout, it pulls directly from our shipping cost and passes that charge on exactly, without adding any additional margin.
We appreciate that an individual courier quote may differ from the rate shown on our website, but we can assure you that delivery charges are not used as a way for us to make additional profit.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Artisan Tile Company.
Many thanks,
Artisan Tile Company
