Just 'OK'
Delivery was prompt, but more expensive than I expected. Unfortunately around 20% of the tiles I ordered where a completely different colour to the rest. When enquiring I was told they were different batches, and the colour I preferred was the old batch, meaning to have all the same colour i'd need to return 80% of the order, wait and then have a colour I didn't want. I received a small partial refund of half the value of the incorrect colour section only, and this was not processed until I chased it up. The tiles themselves were OK for the price, but some (mosaics) were inconsistent in gaps, others had minor cosmetic issues etc... not the highest grade it seems. I would conclude by saying the overall experience was just OK, comunicatiom was good, an alright experience for discount tiles. But I wouldn't re order if premium quality or high grade was the goal.

As the mosaics you purchased are made from natural stone, there can sometimes be minor variations or small imperfections within an acceptable range, which is a natural characteristic of the material. We do appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Regarding the delivery cost, shipping is charged directly by a third-party transport company. Due to the longer distance and the protective handling required for fragile tiles, the cost can sometimes be higher than expected.
We also apologise for the delay with the refund. Our accounts team processes refunds once a week, which can occasionally cause a slight delay, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

Do not buy from these people
Do not buy from these people. Bad service and total rip off. Bought 2 boxes of tiles and they were not fit for the purpose. I didn't even want to return them, I want to exchange for the matt version of the tiles. They wanted to tack a fee of 25 % / $50 to put 2 boxes back on a shelf which would have taken 1 minute.
Also when there the other day, they treated another customer rudely. That person phoned up, had bought $10,000 worth of tiles and she was actually chasing them up as there was no communication from them. She was checking if her order would be on time in 3 days and she was told that they had no idea where the order was and could not tell her anything because their warehouse does not keep proper hours the same as when the shop is open. Wow!!!!!
I also had to come back for my tiles as the shop is selling but customers cannot get their goods once they are purchased because they cannot give the goods to people because they have weird warehouse hours.
Do better Tilemall. Your service sucks and you ripping off customers suck as well. When I was there it took over 2 hours to pay/ not even get my tiles as I was constantly being made to wait whilst people were phoning in. Well I thought that I was first in the queue and that people phoning should wait their turn. Obviously not.
Also if you read the many 1 star reviews they have when they answer they are totally passive aggressive and never accept responsibility but always blame the customers. Wow again.
Stay well away from this unprofessional mob.

Great product and customer service
The service from Tilemall over the phone was very helpful and efficient and the products are beautiful and as advertised. Unfortunately there was a delay on the shipping with the tiles, but this seemed to be an unfortunate and unusual incident with the courier. Other items were prompt.

I ordered a box of tiles, and of course my better half changed their mind about 5 minutes after I hit the submit button. I emailed Tilemall and they took the change of colour in stride, emailing they had altered the order within the hour. We had the box of tiles later that week.
