Great experience dealing with their customer service from online orders. Were very helpful on processing my orders and answering any questions I had. They even contacted me to reduce delivery cost as they were able to fit tiles on 1 pallet instead of 2. Prompt response to emails and really helpful. Tiles are lovely. Highly recommend.

Lovely products and sales people were nice.

However... warehouse people are not very friendly and you can wait a really long time there while they fetch your order. So I decided to get delivery on my big order, several thousand Euros. It was a complete farce.

They could not give a more precise delivery window than an entire day. So, I cleared my work schedule and waited around all day for them to call me as they said they would. They had texted the day before telling me they would give me an hour notice for delivery. I planned to then meet them on site. They never called, and then attempted delivery to an empty building site. They claim they called me but I have no missed calls and no voicemail, and was with my phone the entire time. Now they want to reschedule for next week, at which point I would get to wait around for them all day again. Forget it. I am going to go get it all myself. Utterly useless service.

Tilestyle need to stick to selling tiles an not recommending cowboys to carry out work ,if they recommend Imperial Bathrooms ,please do yourself a favour an avoid

Tiles look and feel great- just small problem in that boxes were soaking wet when collected (v. wet day)- As usual, under pressure so had to take- luckily no reason to return… overall happy with availability & price.

Absolutely amazing showroom and range. Went looking for bathroom fixtures, timber flooring and tiles for a complete home renovation.

Spent over 30 minutes in the showroom without being approached by a single salesperson. All at their desks or on their phones.

Very disappointing, it would have been fabulous to have been able to discuss our requirements.

A very pleasant sales experience. I spent €1800 tiles were delivered promptly the next day. The delivery man refused point blank to bring them into my house. I had to leave them at the front door all day with an empty house. Not impressed.

I have spent a lot of time researching and seeking out parquet floors across Dublin for some time. Tilestyle was my first port of call and it didn’t take long to realise that this was the best product that ticked all the boxes for me. I had excellent support from Ryan, the stone and timber floor specialist there. If there is something special needed for the finishing touch of a home’s surface, I would trust the services and products provided here. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
