The tile quality is excellent, and the service was very good. The only thing I felt was a bit too much was the delivery charge of £70, which was more than half the cost of the tiles themselves. That didn’t feel great. However, I’m still happy with the product overall. Thanks!

No confidence
No confidence, so no order.
We ordered and paid for a sample which arrived pretty quickly and well packaged. However, it was not the colour code ordered. (Brown instead of blue). I called and was told they would send the correct sample.
The second sample also arrived promptly and well packaged………however, this is also the incorrect colour code. This time it is green instead of blue!
We are renovating 4 bathrooms, but unfortunately this does not inspire us with confidence, therefore we will not be ordering our tiles from this supplier.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the samples you received.
The design you selected is available in two very similar colour variants — a blue version and a green version — and both include the same brown/rust effect running through the tile pattern. Unfortunately, it appears the incorrect variants were dispatched on both occasions, despite our efforts to correct the first order.
We completely understand how this has affected your confidence, especially while renovating multiple bathrooms, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration caused. Your comments have been shared with our warehouse and sample dispatch team to help prevent this from happening again.
If you would still be willing to give us the opportunity to help, we would be happy to personally verify the correct blue tile before sending any further samples or discussing your project requirements.
