Great initial consultation and our cleaner was found within a couple of hours who then made contact to visit that week for the first time. Dimitrina is excellent and very happy with the service and follow up call to check all was ok was a nice touch. Would highly recommend

At the first meeting with Joe it became…
At the first meeting with Joe it became very clear that he was passionate about his business and wanted us to be happy and comfortable with our cleaner. Initially we had a cleaner we were very happy with unfortunately we were too far away for them to continue however we then got the wonderful Averil. This lady is the epitome of of cleanliness, very professional and we would trust her with everything. I feel Joe has been blessed with having Averil working for him and I (and my late partner) cannot thank Time for You enough for letting us have two of the best people in our home. Oh yes should anyone else get the opportunity to have Averil for their cleaner, she loves a cup of tea ( but don’t expect her to stop cleaning while she drinks it).

Was excited for the cleaner to come…
Was excited for the cleaner to come spend 3 hours as my health has made it hard for me to clean. Was v disappointed that not even basic dusting/polishing was undertaken. Kitchen floor not mopped (mop broken by cleaner and not informed!) and unsure what cleaning was actually done in 3 hours. Was anticipating a call back from franchise on Thursday and heard nothing. If this is poor standard of cleaning anticipated - not sure how company receives 4-5 star ratings?!

Great customer service
They provide a cleaner every fortnight and arrange cover when our regular cleaner is off.
Our regular cleaner is excellent and we are still using her. Very flexible on dates and times . Is accommodating even at short notice

Choose another cleaning firm
Booked an end of tenancy clean in Ipswich. The cleaner arrived a week early and had to be told this was not the booked date and then on the actual booked date, we got a call 30 mins before she was due saying she would be 2.5 hours late!!!
Although we were told we had to pay on the day - we are still awaiting the Invoice and or receipt!!

Poor management company
Was with them for almost two years.
Despite moving down to fortnightly cleans and warning them that due to a change in circumstances I may be cancelling, when I eventually gave notice they accused me of breaking contract and trying to take the cleaner on personally to avoid management fees.
Their 'apology' was simply that others had done this.
Wouldn't reccommend.
