I wanted a memorial song for my best friend that passed five years ago. I gave details of him and our things we shared and our time together. My grandbabies names that he loved so much. Even sent in how to say his name. They made a song to sound like he was my husband and they were our young children. They also mispronounced his name. I sent an email immediately to ask why they mispronounced his name when I sent the correct way and it’s been five day with nothing other than advertising from them. Highly disappointed. His name isn’t hard to say, it sounds like denim.

Song was pretty good but the customer service is horrible. They say the customer owns the song but don't offer a way to download the raw track. They trap you into purchasing a way to permanently save it or only share a link to the song. I have written to them three times asking how I can download the song and they won't reply.

I’m not sure why some are calling this a scam but I took a chance and LOVE my song! Yes, there’s more $ to be “wasted” if that’s the right word but I paid the appropriate amount, received my song and can’t wait for my husband to hear it. I cried , I got chills and that’s not like me. They did an AWESOME job and would highly recommend this. If you want the bells and whistles, then yes, you’re gonna pay. I saw the ads and thought it looked like a great idea. I try to live by the philosophy , if I can make my wife happy and its not too expensive do it as often as you can, so I do, flowers, knickknacks, dinner out, etc. Well this song blew them all away, perfectly personal and well done. She's heard it at least 10 times and still gets tears in her eyes, she said it was the BEST gift she's ever received and I've bought her plenty of jewelry LOL

I was charged ~$300, thought I purchased the $99 option and was provided a lack luster song that my dog could have produced usingChatGPT. Don’t fall for the advertisements. There are no artists involved in this process, the product is quickly delivered and like others mentioned, it just was not good. At least with ChatGPT you can keep tweaking until you get the product you want. I reached out about the over charge, they are unwilling to do anything about it. Save your hard earned money.
