I’m very pleased. I’ve used these wonderful artists on 3 songs I write so far. They did the music and vocals and just did a heartfelt job. Really recommend them and they can write the song for you too. Very happy and I’m sure I’ll send more of my songs in for them to do.

I purchased a custom song from TimelessSong as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Unfortunately, it had the exact opposite effect of what I intended.

When she listened to it, she immediately said it made her feel uncomfortable and that it made her "feel like her skin was crawling." After spending considerable time and money trying to create a meaningful gift, it was heartbreaking.

My biggest disappointment wasn't actually the song—it was how the company handled the situation afterward.

TimelessSong advertises a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and says that if you're not happy with your song, they'll "make it right." I contacted them immediately, explained what happened, and requested a refund.

Instead, I was offered only two options: a partial refund or a one-time revision. Once a surprise gift has been given, however, the moment is gone. A revised song couldn't recreate that experience.

To their credit, their support staff was polite and professional throughout our emails. My frustration is with the disconnect between the advertised satisfaction guarantee and the resolution that was offered.

One thing I wish someone had told me beforehand is that these songs are very personal. Many people may absolutely love them—but not everyone will. If you're considering one as a surprise gift, especially for someone who may not enjoy AI-generated or highly personalized content, think carefully before making the purchase.

That was an expensive lesson for me.

I have left my original review for all to see because HOW WRONG WAS I. What an amazing song that was put together after the Edit, I was not sure if i had paid for an edit but what a fantastic turnaround, Customer service was amazing as was the Communication.

I have received the song that was dedicated to my future wife.
The song lyrics bear no resemblance to the information I provided in the full and final draft I sent. I have not played it to her as it seems to be all about me.
Not very happy with the outcome and the three verses.
Please explain how the outcome could be so wrong and where in the terms can it be rectified as I cannot see having read the terms and conditions..

I made some edits from the first draft and boy was it worth it. The song tells our story so perfectly truly moving. My husband cried and I cried and we reminisced of all the years. It was beautiful! Thank you! What a beautiful experience!

I ordered our song as a 40-year wedding anniversary gift for my husband. It turned out that it was the greatest gift I could have given to myself also! I don't believe anything could have gotten closer to perfection than what Timelesssong did for us! We are both overwhelmed with gratitude for the professionalism of the music and the lyrics, and the quality of the artwork and the LP, and the two cups that we also ordered. The transaction was near seamless. The cost was more than reasonable for such a treasure that will cross time and space. My youngest daughter said that not only will we treasure it, but so will her and our other daughter, their children and future generations also. We both cried like babies at the summation of our 40 years together. I had to let my husband open it without me present, because I knew I wouldn't be able to hold back the tears. Timeless song truly hit it out of the park!!

I ordered a song on June 4,2026. As of today July 3rd and still have not received anything. I have reached out multiple times to no reply. I spent 200.00 cad and it was taking off my card June 4th. Today I will contact my credit card today. If you're thinking of ordering maybe g9 to another site. Because you will have no way to contact the company.

I was amazed at the result. You wove my words perfectly. I gave it four stars because I had some trouble understanding some of the song lyrics as they were sung. All in all I am satisfied with the results.

I ordered a custom song for $99.00 and was shocked to find that they want to add additional fees for edits and several of the edits were their fault. No upfront disclosure of any additional fees — just a list of extra charges tacked on with zero explanation and now they want me to “pay” for the final edit. I reached out via email multiple times hoping for a resolution and was met with complete indifference. No accountability & our anniversary is right around the corner. If this is not fixed by then I will dispute this with my credit card company and will be out what could have been a wonderful gift.
This kind of billing practice is deceptive and the customer service is frustrating. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to get every cost in writing before paying a single cent and beware they like to tack on cost after cost after cost….

The first song they sent me was great. The only problem was they were not pronouncing my wife's name correctly, going back-and-forth with them. Now, for about two weeks, every day, still have not got it, correct? Every time they send me a new song the song has words added different singers added to the song
I've asked them numerous times to contact me by phone. So we can get it correct. They refuse to call you just a horrible experience.

Pretty good few misunderstandings of interpretation who was who however it only took 5 days to get it right with being the other side of the world and im sure they are swamped and really made the impact I wanted . Clever idea and I did get a human talking to me in the end . I don't believe it was all AI. Worth it for my circumstances.

My song was incredibly beautiful. It captured my husband who is going through chemo perfectly and conveyed the message my whole family wanted to send. However, when I shared the song, I lost it totally and they have done absolutely nothing to help me retrieve it. I’m so sorry to write this somewhat negative review because the result of the song was so beautiful. Just don’t make a mistake sharing it and expecting any help, otherwise it will be gone forever.
