The product delivered was not as shown in the pictures and description. When I raised this with customer service they were extremely rude and dismissive, would not recommend Tiny Explorers as a service.

My second time using tiny explorers. Pram came really quickly and return was straightforward. The item itself was a little “loved” but it did the job for holiday.

Very impressed with this company. Communication was great, the item came in plenty of time for our holiday. It was super clean and I felt the loan item was very reasonably priced!

Will definitely be using tiny explorers again for future travel.

Great company. Really easy to use and very efficient. Planepal was great for my Son on our holiday to Orlando. Returning the product was easy also. Would certainly use them again

I rented a snoo bassinet

Pros:
* was well packaged, and shipped exactly on the date specified, and the crib was clean and in excellent condition.
* pickup was easy and straightforward and they organised all the admin.

Cons:
* They wanted proof of address (a water bill) and ID (I gave them my driving license). To me this seems completely unnecessary for a 30day rental costing ~£100. If they were worried about theft risk they could have held a deposit. They refused to engage in conversations about what this information might be used for, and were very blunt that this information would be required or the rental wouldn’t ship. This is a completely unreasonable policy that should be dropped ASAP. Competitors like Baboodle (who I have also used) do not ask for this information and have friendlier customer support.

Super easy to hire and return, competitive pricing and product was in great condition. I have already recommended to friends and will definitely use again for a long haul flight.

Terrible customer service. We recently hired two inflatable flyaway beds for a long haul flight with our children. We checked the beds on arrival as instructed and despite showing many signs of wear, seemed to work. On our outbound flight, one inflatable deflated after two hours of use. On our return flight both beds deflated and we had to spend a 12hr flight with our children trying to sleep on our laps. Having contacted tiny explorer for support and compensation they are refusing to help. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL SERVICE

Everything was perfect from start to finish. It was really easy to get in touch with customer service, as I wanted to add a few more items to my order, and they were so helpful. The pram arrived promptly, and the returns process was easy. I’ll definitely use them again.

A very slick service. The delivery and returns are already sorted, making it easy.
We loved using the Joolz Aer+ to race around London during the Marathon. It was swift to navigate and folded small! We will be using this business again in a few weeks when we head away on holiday.

This was such a great service! We hired the yoyo for a holiday and it was the best thing we brought with us! Made the trip so much easier and our baby loved the pram. It was so easy getting it dropped off and sending it back too, would definitely recommend.

Tiny Explorers was a life saver. Item arrived the next day in time for our flight and worked perfectly. Our boy slept 10 hours overnight on both flights. I wish they made them for adults. Returns were easy and the team were incredibly responsive with customer support. Would absolutely use them again.
