The customer support team are quite good and my claim was successful but it’s a long, complicated, time consuming process and the courtesy car conditions are almost impossible to meet for most claims which I didn’t realise when I was sold the warranty so I had to get a hire car for a few days.

I was very impressed with the customer service.
Warranty approved in no time.
When my car engine light came on, a rep from TMO identify a garage for me to take my car to for diagnostics. Customer service at that garage was excellent! I’ve since been informed by Luke at TMO that received that my claim had been approved. This was a quick turnaround!

When starting a warranty claim with TMO I spoke with Mollie on the phone and I found she was very helpful, understanding, friendly and professional. She did all she could to ensure that the process would be smooth and hassle free. I'm grateful to her and hope that the other end of the process (payment) ends up being just as stress-free!

The call handlers Mollie and Maria ensured they got all the information needed in one call, they then promised to update me on the decision on the claim, I was updated just a few hours later which was very quick. mollie and Maria both made the process quick, thorough and painless, as a result of the way Mollie and Maria handled the whole process I would definitely recommend TMO to everyone
