I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I have had ups and down with company, with this one being the last straw. The bundles received did not match the texture order which they identified was a batch issue. However why send out these packs knowing they were issues. This is where accountability and quality control comes in. Which they failed on. I then order a b part wig which arrived and it’s the same issue again. I had written a negative review and was encouraged to delete following what I believed to be a resolution only to be messed over once again and seeking refunds. It’s frustrating as you finally find hair texture that matches only for the same issues that plague black business owners occur. This is why we need more people supplying and hard in the UK.

I ordered on November 4th and it is now December 7th still not received my order!!!
I paid just under £200 for my product. This is disgraceful. They have lied about the delivery and still have taken my money without sending me my order!!

Start to finish great experience. Anu was so helpful. We spent at least 30 minutes on the phone discussing the hair options and textures and I felt comfortable ordering then and there. My first weave!
As a first-time weave wearer, I was very keen to get good-quality hair! After some research and reading through the reviews (which were so so helpful) I went ahead and ordered the straight kinky hair from To All My Black Girls. Of course, I awaited with anticipation but there was a delay with the shipment. I appreciated Anu's honesty and transparency and quick resolve to the situation (as this was the first time that they delivered to the UAE). The quality though is absolutley amazing, and is definitely worth the wait! I highly recommend and will be purchasing some more hair very soon!

Truly the BEST hair extensions i have ever bought. Straight out the pack the hair is super soft and does not smell. The hair also matches my natural hair perfectly! Shipping was fast and I love the packaging too. This is the only brand I’ve heard of offering a 60-day guarantee which is amazing but from what i can see, I wont be needing it. I’m just so happy its a black owned brand based in UK that has something for us!! 10*

Nice silk material
Good quality silk material for the kid’s bonnet, however the band texture could be improved on (a softer band) for added comfort, especially because it is made as a one size fits all for kids, including infants.

Decent quality but overpriced. Volume was less than expected. Delivery took about 2.5weeks. Had to pay extra to get the item shipped even after paying for shipping.

The hair arrived in a neat box with a silky interior which I appreciate as it keeps the hair moisturised when stored. It also came with an instruction leaflet. The hair feels soft and of high quality.
Overall I am beyond happy!

Exceeded my expectations
I was searching online for a wig to use for an upcoming family event and came across this hair brand. What really won me over was their name and the fact that they’re a black owned business.
